New Delhi, 15July (NNS): the prices of turmeric Erode gatta asitis rose by Rs 1000 per quintal during the last two days, after this, today, it’s prices temporary reduced by Rs 200 to Rs 18200/18300 per quintal. The arrivals of turmeric have been decreasing constantly in the markets and the remaining stock of previous year will likely to be over soon. Apart from this, the prices of turmeric showed heavy increment because of the festival demand and strong export. The major season of the arrivals of new stock in the markets has already been over, due to this, the arrivals of turmeric seem weak in the markets. Due to the sluggish production and limited amount of stock, both the traders and the stockists are constantly purchasing the stock of turmeric. The farmers of Maharashtra majorly Marathwada, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have stored their stock to take the profit, due to this, the availability of turmeric reported to be sluggish in the markets.

हल्दी : ठहरकर और लाभ देगी

नई दिल्ली, 15 जुलाई (एनएनएस) पिछले दो दिनों के अंतराल हल्दी इरोड गट्टा के भाव 1000 रुपए तेज होने के बाद आज 200 रुपए की टेंपरेरी नरमी आने से इसके भाव 18200/18300 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल बोले गए। मंडियों में हल्दी की घटती आवक और पिछले साल का बचा हुआ माल लगभग खत्म होने के कगार में है। इसके अलावा, त्योहारी मांग और मजबूत निर्यात ने भी आग में घी का काम किया है। मंडियों में नया माल आने का मुख्य सीजन खत्म हो चुका है, जिससे मंडियों में हल्दी की आवक काफी कम हो गई है। कम उत्पादन और सीमित स्टॉक के अनुमानों के चलते व्यापारियों और स्टॉकिस्टों द्वारा आक्रामक तरीके से हल्दी की खरीद की जा रही है। महाराष्ट्र विशेषकर मराठवाड़ा, तेलंगाना और आंध्र प्रदेश के प्रमुख उत्पादक क्षेत्रों में किसानों ने बेहतर मुनाफे की उम्मीद में अपने माल को रोक लिया है, जिससे मंडियों में उपलब्धता और कम हो गई है।

Nutmeg: no possibility of long increment

New Delhi, 15July (NNS): The market of nutmeg showed soft trend after the increment in the prices. The traders are constantly selling the old stock of nutmeg because of the arrivals of new stock in the markets, due to this, the prices have remained under pressure. Here, the prices of nutmeg remained stable at Rs735/745 per kg. Both the importers and the traders are constantly selling out their stock in the markets to gain the profit, due to this, the prices of spot nutmeg showed soft trend. Huge amount of nutmeg stock has been selling out constantly from the international markets like Indonesia and Vietnam. The prices of Indian nutmeg reported to be high as compared to the international prices, the exporters are taking interest towards other countries.

जायफल : लंबी तेजी की संभावना नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 15 जुलाई (एनएनएस) जायफल की कीमतों में तेजी के बाद बाजार थोड़ा नरम हुआ है। मंडियो में नई फसल का स्टॉक आने से व्यापारियों द्वारा पुराने माल की बिकवाली बढ़ा दी गई है, जिससे कीमतों में दबाव बन गया है। यहां पर जायफल के भाव 735/745 रुपए प्रति किलो के पूर्वस्तर पर टिके रहे। ऊंचे भावों पर स्टॉक रखने वाले आयातक और व्यापारी भारी मुनाफे के चक्कर में लगातार माल बाजार में उतार रहे हैं, जिससे हाजिर कीमतों में नरमी आ गई है।अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारो में इंडोनेशिया और वियतनाम जैसे देशों से जायफल की भारी आपूर्ति उपलब्ध है। भारतीय जायफल के दाम अंतरराष्ट्रीय कीमतों के मुकाबले थोड़े अधिक होने से विदेशी खरीदार दूसरे देशों की ओर रुख कर रहे हैं।

The arrivals of poppy seeds showed increment due to the new crop in the markets and higher availability of imported stock. The wholesale procurement seems sluggish from the traders and the stockists in the spot markets. There is a lack of demand in the markets, due to this reason, prices remained stable at the same level. The arrivals of new crop reported to be constant in the markets, due to this, appropriate amount of stock has been available. In these circumstances, the spot poppy seeds prices will likely to remain sluggish during the coming days.

पोस्तदाना : सुस्त बना रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 15 जुलाई (एनएनएस) पोस्तदाना की कीमतों में इस समय सुस्ती का माहौल छाया हुआ है। यहां पर पोस्तदाना तुर्की 1300/1400 रुपए प्रति किलो के पूर्वस्तर पर जमी रही। मार्च और अप्रैल के मध्य से पोस्तदाना की नई फसल शुरू हो गई है, जिससे मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक बढ़ने से कीमतों पर दबाव बना है। बाजार में नई फसल और आयातित माल की भारी उपलब्धता के कारण आवक बढ़ी है, जिससे उपलब्धता बढ गई है। हाजिर मंडियों में व्यापारियों और स्टॉक रखने वालों स्टॉकिस्टों की ओर से थोक खरीदारी कमजोर है। बाजार में भारी मांग न होने के कारण भाव स्थिर चल रहे है। मंडियों में नई फसल की अच्छी आवक बनी हुई है, जिससे पर्याप्त स्टॉक उपलब्ध है। आने वाले दिनों में हाजिर में पोस्तदाना में सुस्ती बनी रहने की संभावना है।

Coriander: profitable at the current prices

New Delhi, 15July (NNS): the supply of coriander reported to be limited from the producing areas and the stockists are selling less amount of stock in the markets. Apart from this, there is a shortage of superior quality coriander in the markets. The prices of coriander have been ruling at the higher level in the spot markets because of the strong domestic and international demand. Here, the prices of coriander Badami held stable at Rs 16000/16300 per quintal. This year, the production of coriander reported to be sluggish, due to this, there is a shortage of stock in the markets. Due to the festival season and domestic demand, the enquiry of coriander seems constant in the spot markets. The enquiry of Indian coriander seems high from the international markets, due to this, the export gets support. On seeing the strong trend in the spot market, both the speculators and the traders have increased their deals. In the current season 2026, it’s stock reduced to 90/95 black bags. The trade of coriander will likely to be profitable during the coming days.

धनिया : वर्तमान में लाभदायक रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 15 जुलाई (एनएनएस) धनिया के उत्पादक क्षेत्रों से सीमित आपूर्ति, स्टॉकिस्टों द्वारा कम मात्रा में माल निकालना और बाजार में अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाले धनिया की कमी बनी  हुई है। इसके अलावा, मजबूत घरेलू और अंतरराष्ट्रीय मांग के कारण हाजिर मंडियों में लगातार तेजी का रुख बना हुआ है। यहां पर बादामी के भाव 16000/16300 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल बिक रहे है। इस साल धनिया का उत्पादन कम है, जिससे मंडियो में माल की कमी हो गई है। त्योहारी सीजन और घरेलू मांग के कारण हाजिर बाजारों में धनिए की लगातार पूछपरख बनी हुई है। विदेशों से भी भारतीय धनिया की अच्छी पूछताछ आ रही है, जिससे निर्यात को बढ़ावा मिल रहा है। हाजिर बाजार में मजबूती के रुख को देखते हुए सटोरियों और व्यापारियों द्वारा वायदा कारोबार में अपने सौदों का आकार बढ़ाया गया है। चालू सीजन 2026 में इसका स्टॉक घटकर 90/95 लाख बोरी के आसपास रहने का अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है। आगामी दिनों में धनिया का व्यापार ठहरकर और लाभदायक रहेगा।

Here, the prices of big cardamom Kanchicut remained stable at Rs 1630/1640 per kg. Currently, the traders are purchasing the stock at the higher level in the wholesale markets like Delhi and they are buying the stock as per their needs. Both the stockist and the producers are doing profit taking selling for the supply in the markets after the increment during the previous days, due to this reason, the prices have remained under pressure. There is no possibility of increment in the prices during the coming days.

बड़ी इलायची : तेजी की संभावना नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 15 जुलाई (एनएनएस) बड़ी इलायची की कीमतों में ग्राहकी का समर्थन न मिलने से सुस्ती का माहौल छाया हुआ है। यहां पर कैंचीकट के भाव 1630/1640 रुपए प्रति किलो के पूर्वस्तर पर स्थिर रहे। थोक बाजार जैसे दिल्ली में ग्राहक वर्तमान में ऊंचे दामों पर भारी मात्रा में खरीद करने से बच रहे हैं और केवल तात्कालिक जरूरतों के अनुसार ही खरीदारी कर रहे हैं। थोक किराना बाजारों में बड़ी इलायची की बिक्री सामान्य से काफी कमजोर बनी हुई है, जिससे व्यापारियों के पास स्टॉक बढ़ गया है। पिछली तेजी के बाद मुनाफे की वसूली के लिए स्टॉकिस्टों और उत्पादकों द्वारा बाजार में माल की आपूर्ति की जा रही है, जिससे कीमतों पर दबाव है। आगामी दिनों में तेजी की संभावना नहीं दिखाई दे रही है।

Cumin: no possibility of long uptrend

New Delhi, 15July (NNS): the prices of cumin short constant down fall, after this, today, the prices of average quality cumin went up by Rs 200 to Rs 22000/22400 per quintal because of the strong futures. The prices of cumin showed temporary increment and there is a lack of demand support, due to this, there is no possibility of long increment in the prices. China is the biggest purchaser of Indian cumin, but the China has increased its production itself from the last some time, due to this reason, the demand of Indian stock went down by almost 50%. On seeing the increment in the prices of the previous year, the farmers have increased the production of cumin, due to this, the arrivals of new stock reported to be constant in the markets. Apart from this, old stock of cumin has been lying to both the traders and the stockists. Domestic spice companies and processors are purchasing the stock only as per their needs rather than aggressive stockpilling.

जीरा : लंबी तेजी के आसार नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 15 जुलाई (एनएनएस) जीरे की कीमतों मे लगातार गिरावट के बाद आज डिब्बा मजबूत होने से एवरेज क्वालिटी के भाव 200 रुपए बढ़कर 22000/22400 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल हो गए। जीरे की कीमतों में टेंपरेरी तेजी आई है, मांग का समर्थन न मिलने से इसकी कीमतों में फिलहाल लंबी तेजी नहीं दिखाई दे रही हैं। चीन भारतीय जीरे का सबसे बड़ा खरीदार हुआ करता था, लेकिन पिछले कुछ समय में चीन ने अपना खुद का उत्पादन बढ़ा लिया है, जिसके कारण भारतीय जीरे की मांग में लगभग 50 प्रतिशत तक की भारी गिरावट देखने को मिली है। पिछले सालों के ऊंचे दामों को देखकर किसानों ने जीरे की खेती बढ़ाई है, जिससे मंडियों में नए माल की आवक लगातार बनी हुई है। इसके अलावा व्यापारियों और स्टॉकिस्टों के पास पुराना स्टॉक भी मौजूद है, जिससे बाजार में आपूर्ति अधिक और मांग सीमित है। घरेलू मसाला कंपनियों और प्रोसेसर्स द्वारा आक्रामक रूप से स्टॉक करने के बजाय सिर्फ अपनी जरूरत के अनुसार ही खरीदारी की जा रही है।

Fenugreek: profitable at the current level

Currently, the demand of fenugreek has been increasing in the pharmacy companies and the domestic markets, due to this, it’s prices may show increment. The rivals of new crop of fenugreek reported to be sluggish in the markets of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Apart from this, the stock of fenugreek seems weak and its demand has been started increasing constantly. The production of fenugreek showed downfall and its domestic consumption seems high, due to this, the prices may increase. The further increment in the prices of fenugreek depends on the demand and export during the near future.

मेथीदाना : वर्तमान में लाभदायक रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 15 जुलाई (एनएनएस) मेथीदाना का स्टॉक कम होने के बावजूद ग्राहकी का सन्नाटा बना हुआ है। वहीं दूसरी ओर मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक कम हो रही है। हाल ही में इसमें 200 रुपए की तेजी के बाद बाजार नरम हुआ है। यहां पर इसके भाव 7600/7700 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल के पूर्वस्तर पर टिके हुए है। वर्तमान में मेथीदाना की डिमांड घरेलू खपत एवं फार्मेसी कंपनियां में निकल रही है जिससे कीमतों में बढ़त देखने को मिल सकती है। उत्पादक क्षेत्रों जैसे राजस्थान, मध्य प्रदेश की मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक कम हो रही है। इसके अलावा मेथीदाना का स्टॉक कम होने एवं इसकी मांग निकलने धीरे-धीरे निकलने लगी है। उत्पादन में कमी एवं घरेलू खपत में वृद्धि होने से तेजी की संभावना लग रही है। भविष्य में भावो की चाल मांग और निर्यात पर निर्भर रहेगी।
