New Delhi, 25 June (NNS): There were around 256 lakh metric tonnes of the sugar stock reported to be produced this year, which is higher by 18 percent as compared to the previous year. There is a shortage of production, despite this, the market has remained under pressure due to the stop over the hoardings and the government has allotted the monthly quota as per the consumption. Today, the prices improved by Rs 10/20 per quintal owing to the improved demand at the lower level, due to its effect, here also, spot sugar prices also went up by Rs 25 to Rs 4325 per quintal. However, there is no possibility of long uptrend, but the prices have not showed downfall during the near future.

चीनी-उत्पादन में कमी

नई दिल्ली, 25 जून (एनएनएस) चीनी का उत्पादन इस बार 256 लाख मीट्रिक टन हुआ है, जो गत वर्ष की तुलना में 18 प्रतिशत अधिक है। उत्पादन में कमी के बावजूद सरकार द्वारा मासिक कोटा खपत के अनुरूप छोड़े जाने एवं जमाखोरी पर अंकुश लगाए जाने से बाजार दबा हुआ है। आज नीचे वाले भाव में ग्राहकी सुधरने से मिलों ने 10/20 रुपए प्रति कुंतल बढ़ाकर डीओ बनाए। इसके प्रभाव से यहां भी हाजिर में चीनी 25 बढ़कर 4325 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल हो गई। हालांकि इसमें लंबी तेजी तो नहीं है, लेकिन मंदा भी नहीं आएगा।
