New Delhi, 25 March (NNS): The prices of sugar improved by Rs 20/25 which stood in mill delivery at Rs 3965/4125 and in spot at Rs 4300/4425 per quintal respectively due to the weak selling from the mills of UP and higher demand. In Mumbai, the prices of sugar S-grade and M-grade remained under pressure at Rs 3842/3930 and Rs 3962/4030 per quintal respectively because of the feeble offtake. There is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices on seeing the demand and demand.

चीनी-ज्यादा तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 25 मार्च (एनएनएस) ग्राहकी निकलने एवं यूपी की मिलों बिकवाली घटने से चीनी मिल डिलीवरी 20/25 रुपए बढ़कर 3965/4125 तथा हाजिर में इसके भाव 4300/4425 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल हो गये। बिकवाली कमजोर होने से मुंबई में चीनी एस ग्रेड 3842/3930 तथा एवं एम ग्रेड के भाव 3962/4030 रुपए प्रति कुंतल बोले गये। आपूर्ति व मांग को देखते हुए इसमें ज्यादा तेजी की संभावना कम है।
