New Delhi, 22 May (NNS): The prices of  sugar mill delivery improved by Rs 10 to Rs 3825/3915 per quintal due to the selling of the stock at the higher level by the mills of UP and increased demand at the higher level. Spot sugar prices also held strong at Rs 4175/4275 per quintal. In Mumbai, the prices of sugar S-grade and M-grade remained stable at Rs 3820/3942 and Rs 3736/3812 per quintal respectively because of the weak demand. There is no possibility of more fluctuations in the prices during the near future and the market may likely to remain strong during the coming days.

चीनी : ज्यादा घट-बढ़ नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 22 मई (एनएनएस) घटे भाव पर मांग निकलने तथा यूपी की मिलों द्वारा ऊंचे भाव पर सेल दिए जाने से चीनी 10 रूपये बढ़कर मिल डिलीवरी 3825/3915 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल हो गई। हाजिर चीनी भी 4175/4275 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल पर मजबूत रहे। मुंबई में मांग घटने से चीनी एस ग्रेड के भाव 3736/3812 रूपये तथा एम ग्रेड के भाव 3820/3942 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल बोले गए। भविष्य में इसमें ज्यादा घट-बढ़ की संभावना नहीं है। बाजार मजबूत रह सकता है।
