New Delhi, 11 September (NNS): The prices of sugar mill delivery reduced by Rs 20/25 to Rs 3750/3840 per quintal owing to the selling of the stock at the lower level by the mills of UP and feeble local and upcountry demand. Similarly,  sugar prices in spot also dropped down in the same ratio to Rs 4050/4150 per quintal. In Mumbai, the prices of sugar S-grade and M-grade being quoted at Rs 3730/3802 and Rs 3802/3962 per quintal respectively because of the weak offtake. There is no possibility of more down trend in the prices on seeing the recent decrement. Apart from this, the market will likely to remain stable at the same level during the near future.

चीनी : ज्यादा मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 11 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) लोकल व  दिसावरी मांग कमजोर होने तथा यूपी की मिलों द्वारा भाव घटाकर सेल दिए जाने से स्थानीय बाजार में चीनी 20/25 रूपये घटकर  मिल डिलीवरी 3750/3840 तथा हाजिर में इसके भाव 4050/4150 रूपए प्रति क्विंटल पर सुस्त रहे। मुंबई में उठाव कमजोर होने से चीनी एस ग्रेड के भाव 3730/3802 रूपये तथा एम ग्रेड के भाव 3802/3962 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल बोले गए। हाल ही में आई गिरावट को देखते हुए भविष्य मे इसमें मंदे की संभावना कम है। बाजार वर्तमान भावों के आसपास रुका रह सकता है।
