New Delhi, 14 October (NNS): The government has allotted 16 lakh tonnes of sugar quota for the October month, despite this, the prices of spot sugar rose by Rs 100 to Rs 6400/6500 per quintal. In Mumbai, the prices of sugar S-grade and M-grade went up by Rs 150 to Rs 5192/5262 and Rs 5300/5452 per quintal respectively. There is no possibility of more downfall in the prices and the market may likely to remain strong during the coming days.

चीनी-मंदा नहीं

नई  दिल्ली, 14 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) अक्टूबर के दूसरे पखवाड़े के लिए 16लाख कोटा आबंटित किए जाने के बावजूद यूपी की मिलों द्वारा अंडर बिलिंग किए हाजिर चीनी के भाव 100 रुपए बढ़कर 6400/6500 रुपए प्रति कुंतल हो गए। हालांकि मुंबई में छिटपुट मांग से 150 रुपए बढ़कर चीनी एस ग्रेड के भाव  5192/5262 रुपए तथा एम ग्रेड 5300/5452 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल हो गये। आने वाले दिनों में इसमें गिरावट की संभावना कम है। बाजार मजबूत रह सकता है।
