New Delhi, 01 January (NNS): The prices of sugar mill delivery gained by Rs 25 to Rs 3750/3980 per quintal because of the increased demand and weak selling of the stock by the mills of UP. In spot, its prices also went up in the same ratio to Rs 4175/7350 per quintal. In Mumbai, the prices of sugar S-grade and M-grade remained stable at Rs 3546/3672 and Rs 3546/3672 per quintal respectively because of the weak selling. There is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices on seeing the festival demand.

नई दिल्ली, 1 जनवरी (एनएनएस) यूपी की मिलों की बिकवाली कमजोर होने तथा मांग बढ़ने से चीनी के भाव 25 रुपए बढ़कर मिल डिलीवरी  3750/3980 रूपये तथा हाजिर में इसके भाव 4175/4350 रूपए प्रति क्विंटल पर टिके  रहे। मुंबई में बिकवाली कमजोर होने से चीनी एस ग्रेड के भाव 3546 3672 रूपये तथा एम ग्रेड के भाव 3602/3832 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल हो गये। त्योहारी मांग को देखते हुए भविष्य में इसमें और गिरावट की संभावना नहीं है।
