New Delhi, 03 June (NNS): The prices of sugar mill delivery and spot sugar remained strong at Rs 4140/4245 and Rs 4400/4550 per quintal respectively as the mills of UP are quoting the prices at the higher level and the demand also showed uptrend. The prices of sugar have been ruling at the higher level in the cooperative mills of UP. In Mumbai, the prices of sugar S-grade and M-grade have been quoted at Rs 3976/4052 and Rs 4082/4176 per quintal respectively amid weak selling. There is no possibility of more downfall in the prices on seeing the supply and demand during the near future.

चीनी-मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 3 जून (एनएनएस) ग्राहकी निकलने तथा यूपी की मिलों द्वारा ऊंचे भाव बोले जाने के कारण मिल डिलीवरी चीनी4140/4245 रुपए तथा हाजिर में इसके भाव 4400/4550 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल  पर मजबूत रहे। यूपी की कोऑपरेटिव मिलो चीनी में मजबूती रही।मुंबई में भी बिकवाली कमजोर होने से चीनी एस ग्रेड के भाव के भाव 3976/ 4052 तथा एम ग्रेड के भाव 4082/ 4176रुपए प्रति कुंतल बोले गए। सप्लाई व मांग को देखते हुए आने वाले दिनों में इसमें गिरावट की संभावना कम है।
