New Delhi, 16 September (NNS): The government has allotted 13.50 lakh tonnes of sugar quota for September and the demand seems weak, due to this, the prices of sugar mill delivery and spot sugar remained stable at Rs 4500/4600 and Rs 4800/4900 per quintal respectively. In Mumbai, the prices of sugar S-grade and M-grade descended by Rs 100 to Rs 4590/4692 and Rs 4850/4902 per quintal respectively because of the weak demand. Similarly, spot sugar prices also being quoted down in the same ratio to Rs 5550/5700 per quintal. There is no possibility of more increment in the prices during the coming days.

नई  दिल्ली, 16 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) सरकार द्वारा सितंबर माह के दूसरे को पाने के लिए 13.50 लाख टन का कोटा आबंटित किए जाने तथा मांग कमजोर होने से मिल डिलीवरी 4500/4600 रुपए चीनी हाजिर में इसके भाव 4800/4900 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल पर सुस्त रही। मुंबई में भी मांग घटने से चीनी एस ग्रेड के भाव के भाव 100 रूपये घटकर 4590/4692 तथा एम ग्रेड के भाव 46850/4902 रुपए प्रति कुंतल रह गए। आने वाले दिनों में इसमें तेज़ी की संभावना नहीं है।
