New Delhi, 06 October (NNS):  The prices of red chilli seem weak after the recent increment. Recently, the prices of red chilli 334 no. went up by Rs 500 per quintal and its prices remained at Rs 26000/28000 per quintal.  The outstanding stock reported to be at the lower level in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana till now. Both the masala companies and the stockists are doing nominal procurement due to the over of the old stock in the cold storages and weak production of the new crop. On the other hand, the prices may not show more increment owing to the sluggish demand from the wholesale traders and the local markets, due to this, the prices have remained under pressure.

लालमिर्च : मजबूत बनी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 6 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस)हालिया उछाल के बाद लाल मिर्च के बाजार में सुस्ती का माहौल देखा जा रहा है। हाल ही में लाल मिर्च 334 नंबर के दाम 500 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल चढ़े थे, जो फिलहाल 26000/28000 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल के पुराने स्तर पर ही बने हुए हैं। आंध्र प्रदेश और तेलंगाना की प्रमुख मंडियों में पिछले सीजन का बचा हुआ लाल मिर्च का स्टॉक अब तक के सबसे निचले स्तर पर पहुंच चुका है। नई फसल के कम उत्पादन और कोल्ड स्टोरेज में पुराना माल खत्म या बेहद सीमित होने से मसाला कंपनियों और स्टॉकिस्टों की ओर से छिटपुट खरीदारी जारी है। वहीं दूसरी ओर, स्थानीय बाजारों और थोक कारोबारियों की सुस्त मांग के चलते कीमतों में आगे और तेजी नहीं आ पा रही है और भाव पर दबाव बना हुआ है।

Cloves: will remain weak

New Delhi, 06 October (NNS): The prices of cloves remained at the lower level in the domestic markets during the last some days. There is a break on the increment in the prices of cloves due to the weak demand in the local shops and arrivals of huge amount of stock from the international markets. Cloves prices remained stable at the previous level of Rs 920/1000 per kg. The arrivals of new cloves reported to be constant from the big producing countries like Madagascar and Indonesia. The imported stock has been unloading constant at the various sea ports, due to this, the supply gets affected in the wholesale markets. The sale seems sluggish on seeing the daily procurement in the big markets. On seeing the current situation of the market, the traders are not taking interest to trade at the current level.

लौंग : सुस्त बनी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 6 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) घरेलू बाजारों में लौंग के भाव इन दिनों थमे हुए नजर आ रहे हैं। अंतरराष्ट्रीय मंडियों से लगातार आ रही बड़ी खेपों और स्थानीय दुकानों में मांग की कमी के चलते लौंग की तेजी पर ब्रेक लग गया है। राजधानी के मुख्य थोक कारोबार में लौंग की दरें 920/1000 रुपये प्रति किलो के पुराने भाव पर ही रुकी हुई हैं।मेडागास्कर तथा इंडोनेशिया जैसे बड़े उत्पादक देशों से बड़े पैमाने पर लौंग की आवक जारी है। विभिन्न समुद्री बंदरगाहों पर हर रोज उतरते विदेशी माल से स्थानीय मंडियों में आपूर्ति पूरी तरह भरपूर बनी हुई है। बड़े बाजारों में लौंग की रोजाना की खरीदारी के हिसाब से बिक्री काफी ढीली बनी हुई है। बाजार की इस चाल को देखते हुए कारोबारी भी वर्तमान कीमतों पर अतिरिक्त स्टॉक बनाने में दिलचस्पी नहीं दिखा रहे हैं।

Small cardamom: profitable at the current level

New Delhi, 06 October (NNS): The prices of small cardamom showed uptrend. Before this, the prices gained by Rs 50 per kg, due to which, the prices of small cardamom 7.5mm remained stable at Rs 2800/2900 per kg. The production gets affected due to the unfavourable weather conditions and weak rainfall during the starting of the crop season, due to this, the harvesting declined by 25/30 percent. Apart from this, the old stock has also been sold out in the markets and the arrivals of the new crop seems weak this year, due to this, both the traders and the stockists are not purchasing the stock at the lower level. Its demand has been increasing constantly in the domestic consumption centres in the local markets on seeing the winter season and upcoming festivals.

छोटी इलायची : वर्तमान में लाभदायक रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 6 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) छोटी इलायची के बाजार में लगातार मजबूती और तेजी बनी हुई है। इससे पहले बीते दिन इसके दाम में 50 रुपये की बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई थी, जिसके चलते वर्तमान में 7.5 एमएम की कीमत 2800/ 2900 रुपये प्रति किलो के स्तर पर स्थिर बनी हुई है। दरअसल, फसल के शुरुआती दिनों में कम बारिश होने और खराब मौसम के कारण उत्पादन पर बुरा असर पड़ा था, जिससे कुल तुड़ाई में 25/30 प्रतिशत तक की भारी गिरावट देखी गई थी। इसके अलावा, पिछले साल का पुराना स्टॉक मंडियों में पूरी तरह समाप्त हो चुका है और इस बार नई फसल की आवक भी कम हो रही है, जिससे कारोबारी व स्टॉकिस्ट ज्यादा दाम देकर खरीदारी कर रहे हैं। आने वाले त्योहारों और सर्दियों के मौसम को देखते हुए स्थानीय बाजारों तथा घरेलू खपत केंद्रों में इसकी मांग काफी तेजी से बढ़ रही है।

Black pepper: no possibility of long uptrend

New Delhi, 06 October (NNS):  The prices of black pepper showed soft trend. Recently, the prices reduced by Rs 5 per kg, due to which, here, the prices of black pepper markara remained stable at Rs 755/765 per kg. The famous purchasers along with masala traders and the exporters are rapidly selling out their stock constantly. Sellers are refraining from holding large stocks until demand for the upcoming festivals and the winter season picks up, due to this, the prices showed soft trend. The consumption of black pepper reported to be high in the country, after this, the prices showed soft trend because the import of supply seems weak from Vietnam and other neighbouring countries. The prices have not showed uptrend due to the weak arrivals in the markets.

कालीमिर्च : लंबी तेजी के आसार नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 6 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) कालीमिर्च की कीमतों इस समय नरमी का माहौल बना हुआ है। हाल ही में भाव में 5 रुपए की गिरावट दर्ज की गई थी, जिसके चलते यहां कालीमिर्च मरकरा 755/765 रुपए प्रति किलो के पूर्वस्तर स्तर पर स्थिर रही। मसाला व्यापारियों, निर्यातकों और प्रमुख खरीदारों की ओर से मौजूदा समय में नई बिकवाली बहुत जल्दबाजी में की जा रही है। जब तक आगामी त्योहारों और सर्दियों की मांग जोर नहीं पकड़ती, तब तक बिकवाल भारी स्टॉक रोकने से परहेज कर रहे हैं, जिससे कीमतों में सुस्ती बनी हुई है। देश में कालीमिर्च की खपत अधिक रहने के बाद भी दामों में नरमी इसलिए बनी हुई है क्योंकि वियतनाम व अन्य पड़ोसी देशों से महंगे आयात की आपूर्ति ठप पड़ी हुई है। मंडियों में एकाएक आवक घटने से भी भाव को रफ्तार नहीं मिल पा रही है।

Dry ginger: profitable at the current level

New Delhi, 06 October (NNS): In the international markets, the prices of Indian dry ginger showed strong trend. On the other hand, the production showed downfall in the big producing countries, due to this, the productivity of dry ginger seems weak in the country. The supply reported to be weak in the market, due to this, both the big traders and the stockists are purchasing the stock at the lower level, due to which, the prices showed strong trend. Recently, the prices of dry ginger jumped by Rs 500 per quintal. After this, its prices remained stable at Rs 32000/32500 per quintal. On seeing the increment in the prices of dry ginger in ayurvedic and food products. Unless the arrivals of fresh raw ginger in the markets improves and processing costs come down, the prices of dry ginger may not show downfall during the near future.

सौंठ : वर्तमान में लाभदायक रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 6 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में भारतीय सौंठ की मांग मजबूत बनी हुई है। दूसरी तरफ, नाइजीरिया जैसे बड़े उत्पादक देशों में उत्पादन घटने की खबर है, जिससे दुनिया भर में सौंठ की उपलब्धता कम हो गई है। बाजार में आपूर्ति कम होती देख बड़े व्यापारियों और स्टॉकिस्टों ने निचले दामों पर सौंठ की खरीदारी तेजी से बढ़ा दी है, जिससे इसके बाजार भाव मजबूत हो रहे हैं। हाल ही में सौंठ के दामों में 500 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल का उछाल आया था। इसके बाद फिलहाल इसके भाव 32000/32500 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल के स्तर पर स्थिर बने हुए हैं। आने वाले सर्दियों के मौसम और आयुर्वेदिक व खाद्य उत्पादों में सौंठ की बढ़ती खपत को देखते हुए माना जा रहा है कि इसके दाम आगे और बढ़ सकते हैं। जब तक मंडियों में नए कच्चे अदरक की आवक बेहतर नहीं होती और प्रसंस्करण लागत नीचे नहीं आती, तब तक सौंठ के दामों में बड़ी गिरावट की संभावना कम है।

Pistachio: no long uptrend

New Delhi, 06 October (NNS): The prices of pistachio have been ruling at the higher level in both the domestic and the international markets. During the previous day, the prices have gone up by Rs 50 per kg, due to this, the prices of pistachio peshawari remained at Rs 3900/4000 per kg. The prices of pistachio gained by Rs 30/40 per kg during the last some days in the dry fruits market, due to this, it will affect both the consumers and the traders. The demand reported to be high from the gift pack manufacturing companies and the sweets manufacturers, due to this, there is a shortage of the stock in the wholesale and the local markets. Recently, the trend of pistachio flavour sweet, bakery products, ice cream and shakes have increased rapidly. The big FMCG and confectionary companies are purchasing the stock at the higher level, due to this, the prices gets support.

पिस्ता : लंबी तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 6 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) घरेलू और अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में पिस्ता की कीमतों में हाल के दिनों में जबरदस्त तेजी दर्ज की गई है। एक दिन पूर्व पिस्ता की कीमतों में 50 रुपए का उछाल आया था, जिससे वर्तमान में पेशावरी पिस्ता के भाव 3900/4000 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए है।ड्राई फ्रूट्स बाजार में पिस्ता की कीमतें पिछले कुछ दिनों में 30/40 तक बढ़ चुकी हैं, जिससे यह आम उपभोक्ताओं और कारोबारियों की जेब पर भारी असर डाल रहा है। मिठाई निर्माताओं और गिफ़्ट पैक बनाने वाली कंपनियों की ओर से भारी मांग रहने से थोक और स्थानीय दोनों बाजारों में स्टॉक की कमी हो गई है। हाल ही में पिस्ता-फ्लेवर वाली मिठाइयों, बेकरी प्रोडक्ट्स, आइसक्रीम और शेक्स का चलन तेजी से बढ़ा है। बड़ी एफएमसीजी और कन्फेक्शनरी कंपनियों को अपना उत्पादन जारी रखने के लिए महंगी दरों पर भी पिस्ता खरीदना पड़ रहा है, जिससे कीमतों को और समर्थन मिला है।

Cumin: will remain high

New Delhi, 06 October (NNS): The prices of cumin showed uptrend in the spot domestic markets due to the increment in the contract trade. Today, the prices of average quality stock rose by Rs 200 to Rs 24600/24900 per quintal. The situation seems uncertain on seeing the temperature and weather in October and November in Gujarat and Rajasthan during the coming month, due to this, the price showed uptrend in the contract market. The arrivals reported to be limited in the famous producing markets of the country along with Unjha, whereas, both the farmers and the traders are storing the stock at the higher level despite the improvement in the prices. The domestic demand reported to be high from the spices manufacturers, local processors and the stockists as the festival and wedding season is about to come.

जीरा : और तेज रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 6 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) वायदा कारोबार में तेजी के चलते घरेलू हाजिर बाजार में जीरे के दामों में तेजी दर्ज की गई है, आज एवरेज क्वालिटी वाले जीरे की कीमतें 200 रुपये बढ़कर 24600/24900 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल तक पहुंच गए हैं। गुजरात और राजस्थान में आगामी रबी सीजन के तहत अक्टूबर-नवंबर में होने वाली जीरे की बुआई से ठीक पहले मौसम तथा तापमान के मिजाज को लेकर असमंजस का माहौल बना हुआ है, जिससे सट्टेबाजी और वायदा बाजार में लगातार उछाल देखा जा रहा है। ऊंझा समेत देश की प्रमुख मंडियों में जीरे की आवक फिलहाल सीमित है, जबकि किसान और व्यापारी भाव में सुधार आने के बावजूद भी ऊंचे दामों की उम्मीद में अपने स्टॉक को रोककर बैठे हैं। अक्टूबर की शुरुआत के साथ ही त्योहारों और शादियों के सीजन की दस्तक से मसाला निर्माताओं, स्थानीय प्रोसेसर्स और स्टॉकिस्टों की ओर से जीरे की घरेलू मांग में जबरदस्त तेजी देखने को मिल रही है।
