New Delhi, 07 October (NNS):  Recently, the prices of nutmeg gained by Rs 5 per kg, due to this, its prices remained at Rs 715/720 per kg. The arrivals of nutmeg reported to be constant in all the producing areas. The prices have not showed uptrend due to the appropriate amount of stock and increment in supply and the market remained stable at the same level. Huge amount of stock has been lying in the lying at the higher level to the traders and the importers. Both the traders and the importers are selling out their old stock to gain the profit. The stock of new crop has been lying in the markets, due to this, the spot prices showed soft trend due to the increased supply in the markets.

जायफल : बढ़ने की उम्मीद नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 7 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) हाल ही में जायफल की कीमतों में 5 रुपए की तेजी आई थी। जिससे जायफल के भाव फिलहाल 715/720 रुपये प्रति किलो हो गए है। उत्पादक क्षेत्रों से मंडियों में जायफल की नई आवक लगातार बनी हुई है। सप्लाई बढ़ने और स्टॉक की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता के कारण कीमतों की ऊपरी बढ़त थम गई है और बाजार में स्थिरता का रुख देखा जा रहा है। आयातकों और बड़े व्यापारियों ने पहले ऊंचे भावों पर स्टॉक जमा किया था, वे अब भारी मुनाफा कमाने के चक्कर में लगातार अपना पुराना माल बाजार में निकाल रहे हैं। जायफल की नई फसल का स्टॉक ज्यादा हो गया है, जिसके मंडियो में सप्लाई बढ़ने से हाजिर कीमतों में नरमी का रुख बन गया है।

Turmeric: profitable after some time

New Delhi, 07 October (NNS):  The prices of turmeric erode gatha asitis is being traded at Rs 18600/18700 per quintal due to the constant selling during the previous week, but today, turmeric prices went down by Rs 200 to Rs 19800/20000 per quintal. The arrivals of the new crop reported to be weak and also a shortage of superior quality stock. The arrivals reported to be weak in the famous markets like Sangli and Nizamabad and the prices showed constant fluctuations due to the speculation in the markets. The situation seem positive in the spot and the contract market as  both the traders and the stockists are holding huge amount of stock. On the other hand,  the export of turmeric showed uptrend from the other countries like China, Bangladesh, Turkey, Srilanka and Nigeria, due to this, the Indian markets gets support and the prices of turmeric may increase after sometime during the near future.

हल्दी : ठहरकर और मुनाफा देगी

नई दिल्ली, 7 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) हल्दी की कीमतों लगातार तेजी के बाद आज भाव नरम हुए हैं। पिछले सप्ताह लगातार बिकवाली चलने से हाजिर में हल्दी इरोड गट्टा के भाव 18600/18700 रुपए बिक रहे थे, लेकिन आज हल्दी 200 रुपए नरम होकर 19800/20000 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल रह गई। नई फसल की आवक कम रहने और अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाले स्टॉक की कमी बनी हुई है। सांगली और निजामाबाद जैसी प्रमुख मंडियों में आवक कम हो रही है, और साथ ही मार्केट में सट्टेबाजी के कारण भी भावों में उतार-चढ़ाव देखा जा रहा है। व्यापारियों और स्टॉकिस्टों द्वारा बड़े पैमाने पर हल्दी की होल्डिंग करने से भी वायदा और हाजिर बाजार में सकारात्मक माहौल बना हुआ है। उधर चीन, बांग्लादेश, तुर्की, श्रीलंका और नाइजीरिया समेत कई देशों से हल्दी का निर्यात बढ़ा है, जिससे भारतीय बाजारों में समर्थन मिल रहा है। और निकट भविष्य के अंदर इसमें ठहरकर और वृद्धि की संभावना है।

Poppy seeds: no downfall

New Delhi, 07 October (NNS): The prices of poppy seeds seem weak, before this, recently, the prices slipped by Rs 50 per kg. Here, the prices of poppy seeds Turkey remained stable at Rs 1300/1400 per kg. The new crop of poppy seeds has been started arriving in March and April, due to this, the prices have remained under pressure due to the increased arrivals of the new crop in the markets. The supply seems high due to the heavy availability of the imported oil and arrivals of the new crop, due to this, the supply showed uptrend. The arrival seems normal in Neemuch line of MP. The domestic buying showed strong trend on seeing the upcoming festival season which supports the market and the market have not showed downfall. Recently, the prices seems nominal downfall and both the big traders and the stockists are selling limited amount of stock at the lower level.

पोस्तदाना : टूटने की संभावना नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 7 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) पोस्तदाना की कीमतों में इस समय बाजार सुस्त पड़ा हुआ है इससे पूर्व हाल ही में इसमें 50 रुपए की मंदी आई थी। यहां पर पोस्तदाना तुर्की के भाव 1300/1400 रुपए प्रति किलो के पूर्वस्तर पर टिके हुआ है। मार्च और अप्रैल में पोस्तदाना की फसल शुरू हो गई है, जिससे मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक बढ़ने से कीमतों पर दबाव बना है। बाजार में नई फसल और आयातित माल की भारी उपलब्धता के कारण सप्लाय बढ़ी है, जिससे आपूर्ति बढ गई है। प्रमुख उत्पादक मंडियों, जैसे मध्य प्रदेश की नीमच मंडी, में माल की आवक सामान्य है। आगामी त्योहारी सीजन को देखते हुए घरेलू लिवाली मजबूत है, जो बाजार को सहारा दे रही है और कीमतों को टूटने नहीं दे रही है। हाल ही में आई मामूली नरमी के बावजूद, बड़े व्यापारियों और स्टॉकिस्टों ने निचले स्तरों पर अपने स्टॉक की बिकवाली को काफी सीमित कर दिया है।

Coriander: profitable at the current level

New Delhi, 07 October (NNS): During the previous day, the prices of coriander badami gained by Rs 200 to Rs 16800/17000 per quintal.  The arrivals reported to be normal in the big markets like Rajasthan and MP, due to this, there is a shortage of coriander in the spot market. Apart from this, the supply seems weak as the stockists have hoard huge amount of stock. The supply of coriander reported to be limited at the global level, due to this, the demand of coriander reported to be good from the international markets. However, the speed of coriander seems weak at the higher level, but the exporters are active in the markets. The trade will be profitable after some time.

धनिया : वर्तमान में लाभदायक रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 7 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) धनिया की कीमतों में इस समय मजबूती का का रुख बना हुआ है। एक दिन पूर्व इसमें 200 रुपए की तेजी आई थी, जिससे बादामी के भाव बढ़कर 16800/17000 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल हो गए। राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश जैसी बड़ी मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक सामान्य से कम बताई जा रही है। जिससे हाजिर बाजार में धनिए की कमी बनी हुई है। इसके अलावा, स्टॉकिस्टों द्वारा माल रोककर रखने से भी बाजार में सप्लाई कम हो गई है। वैश्विक स्तर पर भी धनिया की आपूर्ति सीमित होने के कारण भारतीय धनिया की अंतरराष्ट्रीय मांग अच्छी बनी हुई है। हालांकि ऊंचे भावों के कारण बीच-बीच में निर्यात की रफ्तार थोड़ी धीमी पड़ती है, लेकिन कुल मिलाकर एक्सपोर्ट खरीदार बाजार में सक्रिय हैं। आगामी दिनों में इसमें ठहरकर और लाभ मिलने की संभावना है।

Big cardamom: no possibility to decrease

New Delhi, 07 October (NNS):  The new crop of big cardamom reported to be constant. On the other hand, huge amount of old stock has also been available in the markets. The demand of big cardamom showed uptrend in the domestic markets amid starting of winters and festival season of October and November. The buying seems high from the masala companies, wholesale traders and the local markets. Here, the prices of big cardamom jumped by Rs 100 to Rs 1500/1540 per kg during the last one week. A big portion of big cardamom has been imported from Nepal. However, the production of the crop reported to be good, but the arrivals of the crop seems weak from Nepal, due to this, the availability of the crop seems weak in the Indian markets. On seeing the domestic demand, both the big stockists and the traders have stored the stock. The prices showed uptrend due to the activeness from the purchasers and weak selling in the markets.

बड़ी इलायची : घटने की संभावना नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 7 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) बड़ी इलायची की कीमतों में पिछले दिनों आई गिरावट के बाद बाजार थोड़ा मजबूत हुआ है। इसकी नई फसल मंडियों में लगातार आ रही है। उधर पुराना बचा हुआ स्टॉक अभी भी मंडियों में उपलब्ध है। अक्टूबर-नवंबर के त्योहारों और सर्दियों की शुरुआत के कारण घरेलू बाजार में बड़ी इलायची की मांग में काफी तेजी आई है। मसाला कंपनियों, थोक खरीदारों और स्थानीय बाजारों में खरीदारी का जोर बढ़ रहा है। यहां पर कैंचीकट के भाव एक सप्ताह के भीतर 100 रुपए उछलकर 1500/1540 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए। बड़ी इलायची का एक बड़ा हिस्सा नेपाल से आयात होता है। हालांकि इस बार फसल की पैदावार अच्छी होने की उम्मीद है, लेकिन इसके बावजूद नेपाल से नई फसल की आवक में देरी हो रही है, जिससे भारतीय बाजारों में तत्काल उपलब्धता कम बनी हुई है। बढ़ती हुई घरेलू मांग को देखते हुए बड़े स्टॉकिस्टों और व्यापारियों ने ऊंचे मुनाफे की उम्मीद में अपने माल को रोक लिया है। बाजार में बिकवाली कम होने और खरीदारों के सक्रिय होने से कीमतें धीरे-धीरे ऊपर की ओर बढ़ रही हैं।

Cumin: possibility to increase

New Delhi, 07 October (NNS):  Here, the prices of average quality stock gained by Rs 400 to Rs 25000/25300 per quintal. The situation seems uncertain on seeing the temperature, due to this, the speculators and contract market showed uptrend. The arrivals reported to be limited in the famous markets of the Unjha, whereas, both the farmers and the traders have stored the stock at the current level. The domestic demand seems high from the spices manufactures, local processors and the stockists amid upcoming weddings season and festivals during the starting of October.

जीरा : और तेजी के आसार

नई दिल्ली, 7 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) वायदा कारोबार में तेजी के चलते घरेलू हाजिर बाजार में जीरे के दामों में तेजी दर्ज की गई है, यहां पर एवरेज क्वालिटी वाले जीरे की कीमतें 400 रुपये बढ़कर 25000/25300 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल तक पहुंच गए हैं। गुजरात और राजस्थान में आगामी रबी सीजन के तहत अक्टूबर-नवंबर में होने वाली जीरे की बुआई से ठीक पहले मौसम तथा तापमान के मिजाज को लेकर असमंजस का माहौल बना हुआ है, जिससे सट्टेबाजी और वायदा बाजार में लगातार उछाल देखा जा रहा है। ऊंझा समेत देश की प्रमुख मंडियों में जीरे की आवक फिलहाल सीमित है, जबकि किसान और व्यापारी भाव में सुधार आने के बावजूद भी ऊंचे दामों की उम्मीद में अपने स्टॉक को रोककर बैठे हैं। अक्टूबर की शुरुआत के साथ ही त्योहारों और शादियों के सीजन की दस्तक से मसाला निर्माताओं, स्थानीय प्रोसेसर्स और स्टॉकिस्टों की ओर से जीरे की घरेलू मांग में जबरदस्त तेजी देखने को मिल रही है।

Fenugreek: profitable at the current level

New Delhi, 07 October (NNS): The demand of fenugreek reported to be weak, despite the shortage of the stock. The demand seems constant from the domestic markets and the pharmacy industry and the prices showed strong trend in the markets. During the previous day, the prices have gone up by Rs 200 per quintal, due to this, the average quality stock also jumped to Rs 7800/7900 per quintal. The traders are waiting for the good profit due to the weak arrivals from the producing markets. The arrivals seems weak in the producing states like MP and Rajasthan. On seeing the current circumstances, the trade of fenugreek will be profitable at the current level.

मेथीदाना : वर्तमान में लाभदायक रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 7 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) मेथीदाना का स्टॉक कम होने के बावजूद ग्राहकी का सन्नाटा बना हुआ है। घरेलू और फार्मेसी उद्योग की ओर से निकल रही निरंतर मांग और मंडियों में कम स्टॉक के चलते आने वाले दिनों में मेथीदाना के बाजार में मजबूत की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। एक दिन पूर्व इसमें 200 रुपए की तेजी आई थी, जिससे एवरेज क्वालिटी के भाव बढ़कर 7800/7900 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल हो गए। उत्पादक राज्यों से आवक कमजोर होने के कारण कारोबारी भविष्य में अच्छे मुनाफे की उम्मीद कर रहे हैं। राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश जैसे प्रमुख मेथीदाना उत्पादक राज्यों की मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक कम बताई जा रही है। वर्तमान परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए इस स्तर पर मेथीदाना का व्यापार लाभदायक साबित हो सकता है।
