New Delhi, 30 October (NNS): Recently, the prices of nutmeg gained by Rs 20 to Rs 740/745 per kg. However, the arrivals of new crop seems bumper in the producing areas. The prices are not showing heavy increment due to the increased supply and heavy availability of the stock in the markets and the market remained unchanged  and both the importers and the big traders are constantly selling out their old stock in the markets. The spot prices showed soft trend due to the improved supply in the markets and  huge amount of new crop has been lying in the markets and the prices may not show more increment during the near future.

जायफल : लंबी तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 30 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) जायफल के हाजिर भावों में हाल ही में 20 रुपये की तेजी आई थी, जिससे इसके दाम 740/745 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर पहुंच गए। हालांकि, उत्पादक क्षेत्रों से मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक लगातार जारी है। बाजार में स्टॉक प्रचुर मात्रा में उपलब्ध होने और आपूर्ति बढ़ने के कारण ऊंचे स्तर पर कीमतों की रफ्तार थम गई है और बाजार में स्थिरता बनी हुई है। जिन आयातकों और बड़े व्यापारियों ने पहले ऊंचे दामों पर स्टॉक जमा किया था, वे अब मुनाफा कमाने के लिए लगातार पुराना माल बाजार में खपा रहे हैं। नई फसल का स्टॉक अधिक होने और मंडियों में सप्लाई बढ़ने से हाजिर कीमतों में नरमी का रुख देखने को मिल रहा है, और निकट भविष्य में इसमें और तेजी आने की संभावना कम ही नजर आ रही है।

Turmeric:  will be profitable after some time

New Delhi, 30 October (NNS): The prices of turmeric erode gatha asitis dropped down by Rs 200 to Rs 23100/23200 per quintal, but its prices rose by Rs 200 to Rs 23400/23500 per quintal during the previous day. The old stock has been decreasing constantly from the last some years and weak arrivals in the markets. Both the big traders and the stockists started hoarding the stock in the expectations of increment in the prices, due to this, the supply showed downfall. Apart from this, the prices showed heavy uptrend owing to the constant buying and the speculation. There is no possibility of more downfall in the prices during the near future.

हल्दी : ठहरकर और लाभ देगी

नई दिल्ली, 30 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) हल्दी के दामों में फिलहाल उतार-चढ़ाव देखा जा रहा है।  इरोड गट्टा हल्दी के भाव  हाल ही में 200 रुपए घटकर 2310023200 रुपए पर आ गए थे, लेकिन फिर एक दिन पूर्व 200 रुपए सुधरकर 23400/23500 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल हो गए। हालांकि, चिंता की कोई बात नहीं है क्योंकि मंडियों में आवक कम है और पिछले कुछ सालों से पुराना स्टॉक भी घट रहा है। कीमतों में आगे और तेजी की उम्मीद में बड़े व्यापारी और स्टॉकिस्ट माल रोककर रखे हुए हैं, जिससे बाजार में आपूर्ति की कमी हो गई है। इसके अलावा, वायदा बाजार में नई लिवाली और सट्टेबाजी के कारण भी कीमतों में भारी उछाल आया है। निकट भविष्य के अंदर हल्दी और सुरीली रहेगी।

Poppy seeds: no possibility of downfall

New Delhi, 30 October (NNS): The prices of poppy seeds Turkey slipped by Rs 50 to Rs 1300/1400 per kg. The arrivals of the new crop showed uptrend in the markets due to the arrivals of the new crop in April, due to this, the prices have remained under pressure. The supply showed uptrend due to the heavy availability of the imported stock and arrivals of the new crop. Apart from this, the selling of the crop seems limited from the big traders and the stockists after the nominal soft trend, due to this, the prices may not show more downfall during the near future.

पोस्तदाना : टूटने की संभावना नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 30 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) पोस्तदाना बाजार में फिलहाल सुस्ती का माहौल है और हाल ही में इसमें 50 रुपए की गिरावट आई थी। हालांकि, तुर्की पोस्तदाना के भाव 1300/1400 रुपए प्रति किलो के पुराने स्तर पर ही स्थिर बने हुए हैं। मार्च और अप्रैल में पोस्तदाना की फसल आने से मंडियों में नई आवक बढ़ गई है, जिससे कीमतों पर दबाव देखा जा रहा है। बाजार में नई फसल और आयातित माल की भारी उपलब्धता के कारण आपूर्ति बढ़ गई है। इसके बावजूद, हालिया मामूली नरमी के बाद बड़े व्यापारियों और स्टॉकिस्टों ने निचले स्तरों पर बिकवाली बेहद सीमित कर दी है, इसलिए आने वाले दिनों में बाजार में मंदी आने की संभावना नहीं है।

Coriander: downfall due to the demand

New Delhi, 30 October (NNS): Coriander badami prices fell down by Rs 300 to Rs 17500/17700 per quintal during the last two days. There is no need to get panic and  the arrivals seems weak in the big markets of Rajasthan and MP, due to this, there is shortage of spot stock. The supply also gets affected as the stockists have hoard their stock. The supply seems limited at the global level, due to this, the demand seems strong from the international markets. However, the speed of export has been decreasing constantly. The trade of coriander will be profitable during the near future.

धनिया : फिलहाल ग्राहकी का मंदा

नई दिल्ली, 30 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) धनिया की कीमतों में तेजी के बाद नरमी दिखाई दे रही है।हालांकि पिछले दो दिन पूर्व इसमें 300 रुपए की नरमी आने से बादामी धनिया के भाव 17500/17700 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल पर आ गए हैं। लेकिन घबराने की बात नहीं है, राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश की बड़ी मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक सामान्य से कम है, जिससे हाजिर बाजार में धनिए की कमी बनी हुई है। इसके साथ ही, स्टॉकिस्टों द्वारा माल रोके जाने से भी सप्लाई प्रभावित हुई है। वैश्विक स्तर पर आपूर्ति सीमित होने से भारतीय धनिया की अंतरराष्ट्रीय मांग मजबूत बनी हुई है, हालांकि ऊंचे दामों के कारण निर्यात की रफ्तार कभी-कभी धीमी हो जाती है। आने वाले दिनों में बाजार में ठहराव के साथ और मुनाफा मिलने की उम्मीद है।

Big Cardamom :Expected to Remain Profitable

New Delhi, 30 October (NNS): Fresh arrivals of big cardamom are continuing in mandis, while old stocks are also available. Despite the availability of substantial stocks, prices are getting support. Recently, the prices of big cardamom kainchicut declined by Rs 10 to Rs 1610/1650 per kg. Assam-origin material is available in mandis at comparatively lower prices, making it somewhat difficult for prices to receive stronger support. Demand in the domestic market has increased considerably due to the October-November festive season and the onset of winter. This has accelerated buying by spice companies and bulk purchasers. Although this year’s crop is expected to be good, considering the ongoing consumption season, the market is likely to witness a steady upward trend after a period of consolidation in the near future.

बड़ी इलायची : भविष्य में लाभदायक रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 30 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) मंडियों में बड़ी इलायची की नई फसल लगातार आ रही है और पुराना स्टॉक भी उपलब्ध है। स्टॉक अधिक होने की बावजूद भी इसकी कीमतों को समर्थन मिल रहा है। हाल ही में इसमें 10 रुपए की नरमी आए थी। जिससे कैचीकट 1610/1650 रुपए प्रति किलोग्राम पर पहुंच गए। असम वाला माल माड़ियों में कम दामों पर मिल रहा है, जिससे कीमतों को मजबूत समर्थन मिलने में थोड़ा कठिनाई हो रही है। अक्टूबर-नवंबर के त्योहारों और सर्दियों की शुरुआत के चलते घरेलू बाजार में इसकी मांग काफी बढ़ गई है, जिससे मसाला कंपनियों और थोक खरीदारों की खरीदारी तेज हो गई है। हालांकि, इस बार फसल अच्छी होने की उम्मीद है, लेकिन खपत के सीजन को देखते हुए निकट भविष्य के अंदर इसमें ठहरकर तेजी दिखाई दे रही है।

Cumin: Prices Likely to Remain Firm

New Delhi, 30 October (NNS): Following a rise in the futures market, cumin prices in the domestic spot market witnessed fluctuations. Today, average-quality cumin strengthened by Rs 200 to Rs 28800/Rs 29600 per quintal. Uncertainty regarding weather conditions and temperatures continues ahead of cumin sowing during October-November, resulting in continued volatility and sharp movements in speculative and futures trading. Arrivals of cumin remain limited in Unjha and other major mandis across the country. Farmers believe that if weather conditions remain unfavourable in the coming days or sowing gets delayed, cumin prices could move to even higher levels. The outlook for cumin appears promising in the coming days.

जीरा : मजबूत बना रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 30 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) वायदा बाजार में तेजी के बाद घरेलू हाजिर बाजार में जीरे के दामों में उतार-चढ़ाव के बाद आज एवरेज क्वालिटी का जीरा 200 रुपए मजबूत होकर 28800/29600 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल रह गया। अक्टूबर-नवंबर में होने वाली जीरे की बुआई से पहले मौसम और तापमान को लेकर असमंजस बना हुआ है, जिसके कारण सट्टेबाजी और वायदा बाजार में लगातार उछाल आ रहा है। ऊंझा समेत देश की प्रमुख मंडियों में जीरे की आवक कम है। किसानों का यह अनुमान है कि अगर आने वाले दिनों में मौसम ने साथ नहीं दिया या बुआई पिछड़ी, तो जीरे की कीमतें और भी ऊंचे स्तर पर जा सकती हैं। आगामी दिनों में जीरे का भविष्य उज्जवल दिखाई दे रहा है।

New Delhi, 30 October (NNS): Despite lower stocks of fenugreek seeds, buying activity in the market is currently sluggish. However, consistent demand continues from the domestic market as well as the pharmaceutical industry. Due to lower arrivals in mandis, prices have recently increased by Rs 200 per quintal, taking average-quality fenugreek seeds to Rs 8700/Rs 8800 per quintal. Fresh crop arrivals from major producing states such as Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh are declining. Considering the prevailing market conditions and reducing stock levels, traders are optimistic about further price gains and good profits in the coming days.

मेथीदाना : भविष्य उजवल रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 30 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) मेथीदाना का स्टॉक कम होने के बावजूद बाजार में फिलहाल ग्राहकी सुस्त है, लेकिन घरेलू और फार्मेसी इंडस्ट्री से लगातार मांग बनी हुई है। मंडियों में आवक कमजोर होने के कारण हाल ही में इसकी कीमतों में 200 रुपए की तेजी आई है, जिससे एवरेज क्वालिटी के भाव 8700/8800 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल पहुंच गए हैं। राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश जैसे प्रमुख उत्पादक राज्यों से नई फसल की आवक कम हो रही है। इन मौजूदा परिस्थितियों और घटते स्टॉक को देखते हुए कारोबारियों को आने वाले दिनों में बाजार में तेजी और अच्छे मुनाफे की पूरी उम्मीद है।
