New Delhi, 30 September (NNS): The prices of milk powder reduced by Rs 5 per kg after the fulfillment of consumption and higher supply of liquid milk in North India. The market of milk powder remained table at the same level owing to the consumption of Diwali in the current month and the full fledged plants will likely to run after a long time, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices of milk powder. The demand of cow milk powder of Maharashtra seems feeble from the exporters seems feeble. Therefore, there is no need to get panic at the current level during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन मंदा रूकेगा

नई दिल्ली, 30 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ने तथा दशहरा की खपत पूरी होने के बाद दूध पाउडर के भाव पिछले कल 5 रुपए घट गए थे। चालू माह में दिवाली की खपत बढ़ने से बाजार ठहर गया है तथा प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में अभी समय बाकी है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर में कुछ दिन और घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। महाराष्ट्र का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी वहां की कंपनियां निर्यातकों की भी मांग सुस्त पड़ गये हैं। अत: अब घबराकर नहीं बेचना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: will be the shortage of fats

New Delhi, 30 September (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed again downfall due to the constant increment in the temperature in North India, due to this, the plants will likely to run after 20/25 days due to the higher temperature in the plants. The supply of raw milk reduced to 85/86 lakh litres on daily basis in the chilling plants, due to this, the production of desi ghee is not increasing because appropriate amount of plants have not been running and the stock of liquid milk also been consuming constantly. The stock of companies are quoting down the prices by Rs 100/150 per tin due to the selling of adulterated stock because the government should stop the selling of adulterated butter and desi ghee. Its prices have been ruling at Rs 6000/6800 per quintal, whereas, the prices of the stock of famous brands also being traded at Rs 6800/7500 per quintal. Apart from this, the best quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 9400/9700 per quintal.

देसी घी-अभी फैट की कमी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 30 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में तापमान बढ़ने से लिक्विड आपूर्ति एक बार फिर घट गई है, जिससे अभी प्लांट में उत्पादन बढ़ने में 20-25 दिन का और समय लगेगा। चिलिंग प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 85-86 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, जिससे देसी घी का उत्पादन नहीं बढ़ पा रहा है, क्योंकि प्लांट अतिरिक्त नहीं चल रहे हैं तथा लिक्विड दूध खपत में जा रहा है। मिलावटी माल बिकने से कंपनियों के माल 100/150 रुपए प्रति टीन नीचे बिक रहे हैं। इसका मुख्य कारण है कि नकली बटर एवं मिलावटी घी पर सरकार को अंकुश लगाना चाहिए। यह माल 6000/6800 रुपए प्रति टीन के पड़ते का बन रहा है, जबकि बाजार में आसानी से नामी गिरामी ब्रांडों के नाम से 6800/7500 रुपए में बिक रहा है। बढ़िया देसी घी के भाव 9400/9700 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच चल रहे हैं।
