New Delhi, 21 October (NNS): The supply of raw milk reported to be around 76/77 lakh litres on daily basis in North India, but its prices have been ruling at Rs 64/65 per litre due to the competitive buying as the capacity of the plants reported to be high as comparatively. The consumption of milk powder will likely to remain high till diwali and the production cost have been ruling at the higher level. On the other hand, the stock has been selling out in export, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-मजबूती लिए टिके रहेंगे

नई दिल्ली, 21 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति 76-77 लाख लीटर दैनिक होने लगी है, लेकिन प्लांटो की क्षमता अधिक होने से प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक खरीद के चलते इसके भाव 64/65 रुपए प्रति लीटर के बीच ही चल रहे हैं। दूध पाउडर की खपत अभी दिवाली तक भरपूर रहने वाली है तथा लागत महंगा है। उधर निर्यात में भी माल जा रहा है, इन सारी परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए निकट में मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं है।

Desi ghee: prices may increase by Rs 10 per kg

New Delhi, 21 October (NNS): The supply of raw milk showed improved trend in the plants of UP, Haryana, Rajasthan, MP and Punjab, but the production cost seems high and the butter stock  has been exporting constantly, due to this, the prices of premium quality desi ghee remained at Rs 10000/10350 per quintal. The inferior quality stock also ruling at Rs 8300/8500 per quintal. The prices of adulterated stock has not been stable at the same level, on seeing these circumstances, the prices of desi ghee may improve by Rs 10 per kg.

देसी घी-एक बार 10 की तेजी संभव

नई दिल्ली, 21 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश पंजाब के प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति में सुधार जरूर हुआ है, लेकिन देसी घी का उत्पादन लागत महंगा होने तथा बटर का निर्यात चलने से 10000/10350 रुपए प्रति टीन पर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी टिके हुए हैं। नीचे वाले माल 8300/8500 के आसपास चल रहे हैं, मिलावटी मालों का कोई भाव नहीं है, इन सारी परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए अभी दूध भाव देसी घी में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की एक बार चाल दिवाली से पहले लग रही है।
