New Delhi, 01 April (NNS): The companies are purchasing the best quality milk at Rs 53/54 per litre due to the higher supply of liquid milk. This year, the production of liquid milk reported to be around 26.5 crore tonne due to the favourable weather conditions which has increased by 2.5/3 crore tonnes in the domestic markets. The production of milk powder showed uptrend in most of the plants. The extra consumption of liquid milk seems weak during the current week. The consumption of milk powder may increase in weddings, but the export gets affected due to the war between Iran and Israel, in these circumstances, the stock of milk powder is being traded at Rs 295/308 per kg and it may decrease by Rs 10 per kg. It is expected that the prices  may increase in the second fortnight after some time and the consumption also show uptrend after the increment in demand. therefore,  it is profitable to store the stock at the current level.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन ठहराव रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 1 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ने से बढ़िया दूध 53/54 रुपए प्रति लीटर में कंपनियों में खरीद हो रही है। मौसम अनुकूल होने से लिक्विड दूध का उत्पादन इस बार 26.5 करोड़ टन होने का अनुमान आ रहा है जो घर पर उसकी अपेक्षा ढाई-तीन करोड़ टन अधिक है। अधिकतर प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन फरवरी की अपेक्षा बढ़ गया। चालू सप्ताह में भी लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत घट गई है, आगे शादियों में दूध पाउडर की खपत बढ़ने वाली है, लेकिन ईरान इजरायल युद्ध से निर्यात पिट गया है, इन परिस्थितियों में जो दूध पाउडर 295/308 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहे हैं, इसमें एक बार 10 रुपए घटने की संभावना है, भले ही कुछ दिन ठहराव के बाद दूसरे पखवाड़े में बढ़ जाए। आगे चलकर गर्मी बढ़ने पर खपत और बढ़ने वाली है। अत: हाथ में माल भी रहना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: possibility to decrease by Rs 20 

New Delhi, 01 April (NNS): The wholesale selling of desi ghee showed downfall during the recent days and the production seems high in the plants of North India, due to this, the prices have remained under pressure. This time, the prices of liquid milk remained stable at Rs 52/54 per litre. The supply of liquid milk reported to be around 2/2.25 crore litres on daily basis as compared to the previous year. This year, the wedding consumption will remain high in the current month, but the morale of best manufactures showed downfall due to the selling of adulterated desi ghee at the lower level. This adulterated desi ghee has been selling out rapidly for the Prasad in temples and the cemeteries which leads to the decrement in the prices for the coming days.

देसी घी -20 रुपए घटने की गुंजाइश

नई दिल्ली, 1 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) देसी घी के भाव थोक में इन दिनों बिक्री घटने एवं उत्पादन उत्तर भारत के प्लांट में बढ़ जाने से दबे हुए हैं। लिक्विड दूध के भाव इस समय 52/54 रुपए प्रति लीटर पर मंदे लिए के ठहरे हुए हैं। मौसम अनुकूल होने से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति दो-सवा करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हो गई है। पिछले साल की अपेक्षा लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि अधिक है, चालू महीने में शादियों की काफी खपत रहने वाली है, लेकिन मिलावटी देसी घी मंदे भाव में बिकने से बढ़िया निर्माताओं का मनोबल टूट गया है, यह मिलावटी देसी घी मंदिरों में चढ़ने वाले प्रसाद एवं श्मशान घाटों पर पर खपत हेतु धड़ल्ले से मुंह मांगे भाव पर बिक रहे हैं, जो कुछ दिन और मंदा लाएंगे।
