New Delhi, 22 July (NNS): the temperature has been decreasing constantly in North India, due to this, its extra consumption slipped by 7/8 percent. However, the supply of liquid milk showed downfall in the plants, due to this, less plants are running currently, but there is a shortage of demand in the markets, due to this it’s prices remained stable at Rs 315/328 per kg. This year, the stock of milk powder has not been arriving and North India from the southern parts of the country, in these circumstances, milk powder will increase after sometime.

दूध पाउडर-अभी कुछ दिन ठहराव

नई दिल्ली, 22 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में रुक रुक कर मौसम का तापमान गिर जाने से लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत में 7-8 प्रतिशत की कमी आ गई है। हालांकि लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति प्लांटों में घट जाने से अधिकतर प्लांट कम चल  रहे हैं, लेकिन ग्राहकी के भारी कमी होने से बाजार 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो पर ठहर गए हैं। दक्षिण भारत से इस बार उत्तर भारत में दूध पाउडर नहीं आ रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर ठहर कर ही बढ़ेगा।

Desi ghee: sluggish export of butter

New Delhi, 22 July (NNS): The demand of butter slipped by 5/6% during the last 10 days because of the tensions between America and Iran. The extra consumption of liquid milk showed downfall. The strait of Hormuz has been closed, due to this, the export deals reported to be weak, in this situation, the companies are quoting the prices at Rs 9550/9750 per tin, whereas, it has been selling at an under rate of Rs 100/150 per tin. The adulterated stock has been selling out rapidly in the markets, due to this reason, it’s market shows internal sluggish trend.

देसी घी-बटर का निर्यात सुस्त

नई दिल्ली, 22 जुलाई (एनएनएस) अमेरिका ईरान तनाव फिर हो जाने से बटर की मांग में 5-6 प्रतिशत की 10 दिनों के अंतराल कमी आई है। इधर लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत में घटना बताया जा रहा है। होर्मुज फिर से बंद होने से बटर के निर्यात सौदे कम हो रहे हैं, जिस कारण 9550/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन पर कंपनियां पूर्ववत बोल रही हैं, जबकि बाजार में 100/150 रुपए प्रति टीन अंडर रेट माल जरूर बिक रहा है। मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, जिसकरण अंदरुनी सुस्ती बनी हुई है।
