New Delhi, 31 May (NNS): Presently, both the domestic and the export demand of milk powder showed uptrend, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality milk powder rose by Rs 10 to Rs 285/295 per kg during the previous week despite the lack of rupee in the markets. The stock of federations also started selling out at the higher level in the markets of North India. The Gujarat cooperatives are also being traded at the higher level during the previous days, due to this reason, the market showed higher uptrend. Now, the market will likely to remain high during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन ठहराव

नई दिल्ली, 31 मई (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में घरेलू तथा निर्यात मांग में बढ़ गई है, जिस कारण बाजारों में रुपए की तंगी के बावजूद गत सप्ताह कंपनियों ने 10 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ाकर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो कर दिए। फेडरेशन के माल भी उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में आकर महंगे बिकने लगे हैं। गुजरात कोआपरेटिव ने भी पिछले दिनों भाव बढ़ा कर व्यापार किया है, जिस कारण बाजार में तेजी आ गयी है। अब  इन भावों में कुछ दिन ठहराव के बाद फिर तेजी दिखाई दे रही है।

Desi ghee: shortage of stock

New Delhi, 31 May (NNS): The prices of desi ghee showed uptrend due to the shot age of the stock in the companies, but the prices of desi ghee have been ruling at the lower level as compared to the same period of the previous year. There is a lack of butter stock in all the markets. On the other hand, the federations are also selling the stock at the lower level. In these circumstances, the premium quality stock also ruling at Rs 7600/7950 per tin and the price may show uptrend after some time, even after the arrival of the adulterated stock in the markets.

देसी घी-स्टॉक में माल की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 31 मई (एनएनएस) कंपनियों में देसी घी का स्टॉक काफी कम बचने से भारी तेजी आ गई है, लेकिन अभी भी गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में देसी घी के भाव नीचे चल रहे हैं। बटर का स्टाक किसी भी कंपनी में ज्यादा नहीं है। उधर फेडरेशन भी सस्ता माल नहीं बेच रहे हैं। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव चल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में जो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव 7600/7950 रुपए प्रति टिन चल रहे हैं, इसमें ठहर कर फिर बढ़ने की उम्मीद है, भले ही मिलावटी घी कितना भी बाजार में आए।
