New Delhi, 26 September (NNS): The supply of liquid milk has been started increasing constantly, but almost 80 percent of the plants have been started running, due to this, there is a shortage of liquid milk, due to this reason, its prices improved by Re 1 per litre. Now, there is a lack of arrival pressure of milk powder and the stock of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu has not been available at the lower level in the markets of North India, in these circumstances, the market remained stable at the same level. The packing manufacturers of liquid milk are taking profit. The full-fledged plants will likely to run after some time.

दूध पाउडर-अभी कुछ दिन ठहराव रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 26 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति धीरे-धीरे बढ़ने लगी है, लेकिन एक साथ उत्तर भारत के 80 प्रतिशत प्लांट चल जाने से लिक्विड दूध शॉर्टेज में आ गया है, जिस वजह से हाल ही में एक रुपए प्रति लीटर की तेजी आ गई है। अभी दूध पाउडर का प्रेशर ज्यादा नहीं है तथा महाराष्ट्र, तमिलनाडु के दूध पाउडर भी और घटाकर उत्तर भारत में नहीं मिल रहे हैं। इन परिस्थितियों में बाजार कुछ दिन यहां ठहराव लिए टिका रहेगा। इसका लाभ लिक्विड दूध पैकिंग करने वालों को ज्यादा मिल रहा है। फुल फ्लैश प्लांट चलने में अभी विलंब होगा।

Desi ghee: no trade of more uptrend

New Delhi, 26 September (NNS): The prices of liquid milk showed uptrend in North India during the last some days because the production of liquid milk has been started increasing constantly due to the intermittent rainfall in North India and the production of milch reported to be high and the availability of the stock has been started increasing, in this situation, the supply of liquid milk seems weak. Now, there is a shortage of liquid milk in the plants, due to which, the full-fledged plants will likely to run after 20/22 days. The new stock of butter has also been started producing, due to this reason, the premium quality desi ghee also being sold at Rs 7700/8200 per quintal including GST and it is expected that  the prices may not show downtrend on seeing the demand of Navratri.

देसी घी- तेजी का व्यापार नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 26 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में पिछले कुछ दिनों में लिक्विड दूध की वृद्धि हो गई है, क्योंकि मानसूनी बरसात रुक-रुक कर उत्तर भारत में होने से लिक्विड दूध निरंतर उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है, दुधारू पशुओं में व्यांत पीक स्थिति में है तथा आने वाले समय में उपलब्धि और बढ़ाने वाली है, इस स्थिति में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति सुगम हो जाएगी। अभी एक साथ प्लांट चलने से लिक्विड की शॉर्टेज बन गई है, जिससे फुल फ्लैश प्लांट चलने में अभी 20-22 दिन का समय और लगेगा, नया बटर अभी अब बनने लगा है, इस वजह से जो देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का 7700/8200 रुपए के बीच जीएसटी पैड बिक रहा है, इसमें नवरात्रि की मांग को देखकर मंदा अभी नहीं है।
