New Delhi, 19 March (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall in the plants of North India. The procurement of the stock reported to be competitive yesterday and today. The companies have purchased the stock f liquid milk after the increment of Re 1 to Rs 62 per litre, but the companies have sold the stock at Rs 305/318 per kg amid weak demand of milk powder. On the other hand, the milk powder of South India has been selling at a higher level in North India, due to this, here, the prices of milk powder may not show more downfall. We believe that the plants will run lately and the wedding consumption will increase from April, on seeing this, it is profitable to purchase the stock for the storage. The stock of whey powder and maltodextrin has been selling at Rs 210/220 per kg. Therefore, there is no risk in the trade at the current level during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटी

नई दिल्ली, 19 मार्च (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई है, कल और आज खरीद में काफी प्रतिस्पर्धा करनी पड़ी। लिक्विड दूध एक रुपए बढ़ाकर 62 रुपए प्रति लीटर तक कंपनियों ने खरीदा,लेकिन दूध पाउडर में ग्राहकी कमजोर होने से अंदरुनी कंपनियों ने नरमी में 305/318 रुपए प्रति किलो में बेच दिए। उधर दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर पहले से उत्तर भारत में आकर ऊंचे बिक रहे हैं, इसलिए यहां दूध पाउडर में और गिरावट नहीं लग रही है। हम मानते हैं कि इस बार प्लांट देर तक चलने की संभावना है, आगे अप्रैल से शादियों की खपत भी रहेगी, इसे देखते हुए अब स्टॉक के लिए खरीद करनी चाहिए। वेपाउडर एवं माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन वाले माल 210/220 रुपए से कम में बेचू नहीं आ बोल रहे हैं। अत: अब व्यापार में रिस्क नहीं रहेगा।

Desi ghee: will remain stable for some days

Now, this is the ongoing production season of desi ghee, but the extra consumption of navratri showed uptrend and the wedding consumption will show hike from the next month, in these circumstances, both the storage and the sale of desi ghee will be profitable at the current level. Today, the procurement of liquid milk reported to be competitive, due to this, the companies have purchased the stock after the improvement of Re 1 per litre. Therefore, it is profitable to trade at the lower level from the last one week.

देसी घी-कुछ दिन भाव रुके रहेंगे

नई दिल्ली, 19 मार्च (एनएनएस) कंपनियों ने पुराने भाव पर देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 9100/9300 रुपए प्रति टीन पर व्यापार किया। अभी देसी घी उत्पादन का सीजन चल रहा है, लेकिन नवरात्रि की अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ गई है, अगले महीने से शादियों की बढ़ जाएगी, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के देसी घी में स्टॉक एवं बिक्री हेतु खरीद दोनों लाभदायक रहेगा। आज लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा रही है, जिससे कुछ कंपनियों ने एक रुपए प्रति लीटर बढ़ाकर लिक्विड दूध की खरीद किया है। अत: कुल मिलाकर बाजार पिछले एक सप्ताह में, जो घटा है, इसमें व्यापार करना लाभदायक रहेगा।
