New Delhi, 06 August (NNS): The availability of liquid milk increased by 22 percent due to the constant decrement in the temperature, but the powder plants has already been closed. The premium quality milk powder remained sluggish at Rs 285/295 per kg due to the weak domestic demand. Now, the full fledged plants will likely to run after one and a half month, but here, the milk powder of South India remained stable at Rs 230/240 per kg, due to which, the prices may show more downfall. The plants have been started increasing after the maintenance of the plants. The plants have been started running after the maintenance. The supply of liquid milk may increase after a month, on seeing this; the prices may decrease by Rs 10 per kg after some days.

दूध पाउडर-लिक्विड में इजाफा

नई दिल्ली, 6 अगस्त (एनएनएस) मौसम का तापमान गिरने से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि में 22 प्रतिशत का इजाफा हुआ है, लेकिन पाउडर प्लांट अभी बंद चल रहे हैं। दूध पाउडर में घरेलू मांग घटने से प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो पर सुस्त चल रहे हैं। अभी प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में अभी डेढ़ महीने का समय लगेगा, लेकिन दक्षिण भारत का दूध पाउडर यहां 230/240 रुपए प्रति किलो आकर पड़ रहा है, जिससे आगे मंदे की संभावना बढ़ गई है। प्लांट अभी मेंटेनेंस के बाद अब चलने को तैयार हो चुके हैं। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति एक महीने में और बढ़ जाएगी, इसे देखते हुए कुछ दिन के बाद 10 रुपए प्रति किलो का मंदा आ सकता है।

Desi ghee: no possibility to decrease

New Delhi, 06 August (NNS): The plants of desi ghee reported to be close in North India and the supply of liquid milk showed improved trend, but whole amount of liquid milk has been selling out in the poly pack, due to this reason, the plants will not likely to run after sometime. There is a lack of butter stock in the plants. On the other hand, the stock of desi ghee has already been sold out in advance, due to this reason, the premium quality desi ghee is being traded at Rs 7700/8200 per quintal as per the quality despite the weak demand. On the other hand, the sale of best quality desi ghee seems sluggish in the rural areas due to the sluggish selling of the adulterated stock, which is being quoted up by Rs 400/500 per ton in the markets as compared to the original stock, in these circumstances, the market may likely to remain stable at the same level, after this, the market may show downfall during the coming days.

देसी घी-अभी मंदा संभव नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 6 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में देसी घी के प्लांट बंद चल रहे हैं, थोड़ा लिक्विड दूध आपूर्ति में सुधार हुआ है, लेकिन वह सारा लिक्विड दूध पॉली पैक में जा रहा है, इसलिए प्लांट अभी नहीं चल पाएंगे। प्लांटों में बटर का स्टॉक इस बार बहुत कम बचा है। उधर देसी घी एडवांस में कुछ कंपनियों के बिके हुए हैं, जिस कारण मांग कम के बावजूद भी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 7700/8200 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच रेप्यूटेशन के हिसाब से बिक रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी माल सस्ते बिकने से बढ़िया देसी घी की बिक्री ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में घट गई है,जो ओरिजिनल की अपेक्षा बाजारों में 400/500 रुपए प्रति टीन नीचे भाव में व्यापार होने लगा है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए देसी घी में भी कुछ दिन स्थिरता रहेगी, उसके बाद ही बाजार घटेगा।
