New Delhi, 29 May (NNS): The prices of milk powder showed strong trend in the international markets as comparatively. Here, the consumption of milk powder increased by 14 percent during the previous week, due to which, the sellers are selling the stored stock at the higher level owing to the shortage of the stock, due to this reason, today, the companies have increased the premium quality stock by Rs 10 to Rs 285/295 per kg. The wedding demand will likely to remain high during the coming days, but the prices of liquid milk improved by Rs 2 per litre during the last two days. Now, the stock of liquid milk have been selling out in the poly packs. In this situation, it is expected that the market will likely to remain high during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-माल के अभाव में तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 29 मई (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजार पहले की अपेक्षा भाव मजबूत हो गए हैं। इधर पिछले एक सप्ताह से दूध पाउडर की खपत में 14 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हो गई है, जिससे माल की कमी से स्टॉक के माल की बिकवाली बढ़ाकर हैं, जिस कारण कंपनीयों ने आज 10 रुपए बढ़ाकर 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव कर दिए। अभी कुछ दिन शादियों की अतिरिक्त मांग नहीं रहेगी, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध के भाव पिछले सप्ताह दो रुपए लीटर बढ़ गए। यह सारा लिक्विड दूध, पॉली पैक में जा रहा है, वहीं ग्राहकी का इजाफा होने से अभी कुछ दिन बाजार तेज रहेगा।

Desi ghee: will likely to remain stable

New Delhi, 29 May (NNS): Presently, the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the markets, due to this reason,  its prices remained stable at the same level after the uptrend of Rs 150 per tin during the current week, but most of the plants have already been closed due to the higher production cost of desi ghee as it is ruling at Rs 56/57 per litre, due to which, there is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices. Here, the premium quality milk powder held stable at RS 7600/7900 per quintal. Apart from this, butter prices also rose to Rs 390/400 per quintal. Whereas, the companies have already sold the butter stock in the markets.

देसी घी-तेजी लिए ठहराव रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 29 मई (एनएनएस) यद्यपि मिलावटी देसी घी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहा है, जिस कारण चालू सप्ताह में बाजार 150 रुपए प्रति टीन बढ़ने के बाद ठहरा हुआ है, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध के भाव 56/57 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो जाने के कारण देसी घी की लागत महंगी हो जाने अधिकतर प्लांट बंद हो गए हैं, जिससे अभी मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं है, भले ही कुछ दिन यहां बाजार टिका रहेगा। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 7600/7900 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए। मक्खन के भाव 390/400 रुपए की ऊंचाई पर जा पहुंच गए हैं। मक्खन कंपनियों के निपट चुके हैं।
