New Delhi, 20 March (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall, due to this, the companies are purchasing the best quality milk at Rs 61 per litre. The production of milk powder showed uptrend as compared to before in all the plants. The extra consumption of liquid milk seems high in the current week and the further consumption of milk powder seems high due to the weddings, in these circumstances, the milk powder is being traded at Rs 300/318 per kg. Now, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices and the market may likely to remain stable at the same level. It is expected that the consumption may increase on seeing the increment in the temperature. Therefore, the trade should be done at the current level during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-ठहरकर भविष्य में तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 20 मार्च (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटने से बढ़िया दूध 61 रुपए प्रति लीटर में कंपनियों को खरीद करना पड़ा। सभी प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन पहले की अपेक्षा बढ़ गया। चालू सप्ताह में भी लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ गई थी, आगे भी शादियों में दूध पाउडर की खपत बढ़ने वाली है, इन परिस्थितियों में जो दूध पाउडर 300/318 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहे हैं, अब इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है, भले ही कुछ दिन ठहराव रह सकता है। आगे चलकर गर्मी बढ़ने पर ही खपत और बढ़ने वाली है। अत: खुलकर व्यापार करना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: no more downfall

New Delhi, 20 March (NNS): The wholesale prices of desi ghee remained stable at the same level due to the higher production cost even after the feeble sale. Now, the prices of liquid milk held firm at Rs 60.5/61 per kg. The supply of liquid milk slipped by 20/25 lakh litres to 1.45/1.50 crore litres. However, the availability of liquid milk reported to be high as compared to the previous year, but the consumption will remain constant in Holi and Eid during the current month. The main thing is that the morale of superior quality manufacturers showed downfall as the adulterated stock has been selling at the sluggish rates. This adulterated stock has been selling out rapidly for the Prasad in temples and  in the cemeteries.

देसी घी-और मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 20 मार्च (एनएनएस) देसी घी के भाव थोक में, इन दिनों बिक्री घटने के बाद भी उत्पादन लागत महंगे होने से टिके हुए हैं। लिक्विड दूध के भाव इस समय 60.5/61 रुपए प्रति लीटर पर तेजी के साथ ठहरे हुए हैं। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 20-25 लाख लीटर घटकर 1.45-1.50 करोड़ लीटर रह गई है। हालांकि पिछले साल की अपेक्षा लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि अधिक है, लेकिन चालू महीने में होली एवं ईद में काफी खपत रही है। यह बात जरूर है कि मिलावटी देसी घी मंदे भाव में बिकने से बढ़िया निर्माताओं का मनोबल टूट गया है, यह मिलावटी देसी घी मंदिरों में चढ़ने वाले प्रसाद एवं श्मशान घाटों पर पर खपत हेतु धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं।
