New Delhi, 11 March (NNS): The companies of North India are quoting the prices of milk powder at Rs 310/323 per kg. Both the local and upcountry demand reported to be weak as comparatively during the last two days. On the other hand, the exporters are purchasing less amount of cow milk powder of South India. The reality is that the milk powder of South India have been ruling at the higher level. There, the delivery of the previous deals seems constant and the consumption  seems high in February. The demand showed improved trend owing to the higher prices in the international market, due to this, the loading of the stock seems high from Maharashtra, in these circumstances, the market may increase after some time during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन ठहर कर तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 11 मार्च (एनएनएस) आज उत्तर भारत की कंपनियों द्वारा दूध पाउडर पूर्ववत 310/323 रुपए प्रति किलो भाव पर बोले गए। गत दो दिनों से लोकल एवं चालानी मांग में अपेक्षाकृत कम हो गई है। उधर निर्यातक भी दक्षिण भारत के काऊ मिल्क पाउडर कम खरीद कर रहे हैं। वास्तविकता यह है कि इस बार दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर महंगे चल रहे हैं, वहां पहले के सौदों की डिलीवरी चल रही है तथा फरवरी मास में खपत ज्यादा अधिक होने वाली है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में ऊंचे भाव से मांग सुधर गई  है, जिससे महाराष्ट्र के माल की लोडिंग बढ़ गई हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर के भाव कुछ दिन ठहरकर फिर तेज हो जाएगा।

Desi ghee: no uptrend after some days

New Delhi, 11 March (NNS): Here, the companies of desi ghee have been selling the stock at Rs 9100/9350 per quintal in the markets. The stockists are not purchasing the stock in these prices as it is ruling at the higher level, but the stock has already been sold out in the distributive markets, due to this, the trade should be done for the long time, but the prices may increase after some time. Now, the increment will lead be problematic because the availability of liquid milk reported to be normal and the adulterants are not active now.

देसी घी-कुछ दिन तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 11 मार्च (एनएनएस) देसी घी के भाव कंपनियों की अपेक्षा अंडर रेट में यहां 9100/9350 रुपए प्रति टीन पर बाजार में बिक रहे है। इन भावों में स्टॉकिस्ट नहीं आ रहे हैं, क्योंकि अभी भी ये भाव ऊंचे वाले ही लग रहे हैं, लेकिन वितरक मंडियों में माल समाप्त हो जाने से लंबे टाइम के लिए अब व्यापार करना चाहिए, लेकिन कुछ दिन बाजार यहां ठहरकर यहां से और तेजी आने में थोड़ा समय लगेगा। अभी और तेजी आगे चलकर दिक्कत पैदा करेगी, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि समय के अनुसार कम नहीं है तथा मिलावटी करने वाले पूरी तरह सक्रिय बने हुए है।
