New Delhi, 10 June (NNS): In Delhi NCR, the cow milk powder of Maharashtra and South India is being traded at Rs 255/260 per kg. It affect as the soft trend in the prices of milk powder of North India, due to this, the Gujarat cooperatives have reduced the prices by Rs 10 per kg during the previous days, but the other companies are quoting the prices at the previous level owing to the higher production cost. Today, around 67/68 lakh litres of liquid milk reported to be supply in the markets of North India, due to this reason, the production of milk powder is around 540/545 metric tonnes. There is a lack of spot stock, despite this, the market seems feeble and today also, the premium quality milk powder also remained stable at Rs 320/330 per kg. It is expected that the market may increase after the correction on seeing the off season of milk powder.

दूध पाउडर- कुछ दिन जरूर का व्यापार

नई दिल्ली, 10 जून (एनएनएस) महाराष्ट्र एवं दक्षिण भारत के कॉउ मिल्क दिल्ली एनसीआर पहुंच में 255/260 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहे हैं। इसका प्रभाव उत्तर भारत के दूध पाउडर पर भी नरमी के रूप में है, इसलिए गुजरात कोआपरेटिव ने भी पिछले दिनों में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो घटा दिया था, लेकिन अन्य कंपनियां उत्पादन लागत महंगे से पूर्व भाव पर व्यापार कर रही है। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में आज 67-68 लाख लीटर के करीब रही, जिस कारण दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन 540-545 मीट्रिक टन रह गया है।  हाजिर माल की कमी के बावजूद बाजार सुस्त चल रहे हैं तथा आज भी कंपनियों द्वारा प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के पूर्व भाव 320/330 रुपए प्रति किलो पर एक माह से ठहराव बना हुआ है। दूध पाउडर का ऑफ सीजन को देखकर थोड़ा करेक्शन के बाद बढ़ने फिर बाजार बढ़ जाएगा।

Desi ghee: no uptrend in the current month

New Delhi, 10 June (NNS): The supply of liquid milk declined to 69 lakh litres on daily basis in the plants, due to which, the production of desi ghee reported to be around 390/395 metric tonnes, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee gained by Rs 200/250 to Rs 8900/9150 per tin in the last one month. Here, the adulterated stock has been selling out rapidly in the markets, due to this reason, the original desi ghee of the companies have been quoted at the lower level by Rs 100/150 from the companies rate. There is a lack of demand in the markets on seeing the uptrend in the prices and the trade seems direct to the companies. The production season reported to be off currently. On the other hand, there is a lack of both desi ghee and butter in the plants and the markets. Therefore, the market may show uptrend in July after the stability for some days.

देसी घी – चालू माह में तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 10 जून (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 69 लाख लीटर औसतन दैनिक रह गई है, जिससे देसी घी का उत्पादन 390-395 मीट्रिक टन दैनिक रह गई है। इस वजह से पिछले माह 200/250 रुपए बढ़कर 8900/9150 रुपए प्रति टीन पर एक महीने से टिके हुए हैं। इधर मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे है, इस वजह से कंपनियों के ओरिजिनल देसी घी, कंपनी रेट से 100/150 रुपए नीचे बिक रहे हैं। इसमें तेजी के हिसाब से बाजारों में ग्राहकी नहीं है, कंपनियों से सीधे व्यापार हो रहा है। उत्पादन का ऑफ सीजन है। वहीं प्लांटो एवं मंडियों में देशी घी तथा बटर का स्टाक नहीं है। अत: कुछ दिन ठहराव के बाद जुलाई में बाजार फिर बढ़ जाएंगे।
