New Delhi, 28 May (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall, along with this, the exporters are taking enquiries of milk powder due to the ceasefire in America, Israel and Iran. The prices of milk powder gained by $60/65 to $3590/3600 per tonne which is improved by 3 percent from the last some days. We believe that the wedding season will remain off for upcoming fortnight, due to this reason, the extra consumption may show downfall, but the consumption of other food products showed uptrend along with ice cream amid increment in the temperature. Presently, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 315/328 per kg. The stock of whey powder and maltodextrin also selling between Rs 200/230 per kg. It is expected that the prices may improve by Rs 10 per kg during the current month.

दूध पाउडर- निर्यात में पकड़ मजबूत

नई दिल्ली, 28 मई (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई है, इसके साथ-साथ अमेरिका ईरान इजरायल युद्ध थमने के आसार से दूध पाउडर में निर्यातकों पूछ परख आने लगी है, अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में दूध पाउडर के भाव 60-65 डॉलर बढ़कर 3590-3600 डॉलर प्रति टन के आसपास हो गया है, जो पिछले कुछ दिनों में 3 प्रतिशत बढ़ गया है। हम मानते हैं कि शादियां 15 दिन तक बंद रहेंगी, जिस कारण कुछ अतिरिक्त खपत में कमी आई है, लेकिन गर्मी बढ़ने से आइसक्रीम सहित अन्य खाद्य पदार्थों की खपत बढ़ गई है। वर्तमान में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के पाउडर के भाव 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच टिके हुए हैं । वेपाउडर एवं माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन वाले माल 200/230 रुपए बिक रहे हैं। चलो माह में 10 रुपए बढ़ने का अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है।

Desi ghee: market may increase again

New Delhi, 28 May (NNS): The prices of desi ghee remained stable at the same level for the whole week in the companies of North India after the increment of Rs 10 per kg due to the uncertainty in war. On the other hand, the weddings were remained off from the last 15 days, but the production also reported to be weak. Now, the companies are storing after producing butter, but the sale of desi ghee gets affected due to the adulterated stock, due to this reason, the companies are quoting the prices of desi ghee at Rs 9500/9750 per quintal, whereas, the market has been selling at an under rate of Rs 50/100 per quintal amid lack of demand. The GC testing is important on seeing the huge amount of adulterated stock. The adulterated stock is being available at Rs 6000/7500 per quintal to some confectioners in the thikana reach. Therefore, the government should compulsory the GC testing.

देसी घी-फिर बाजार तेज संभव

नई दिल्ली, 28 मई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत की कंपनियों ने युद्ध में अनिश्चितता से 10 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ने के बाद पूरे सप्ताह स्थिरता रही है। उधर शादियां उत्तर भारत में 15 दिन से बंद चल रही है, लेकिन उत्पादन भी काफी कम रह गया है। कंपनियां मक्खन बनाकर स्टाक कर रही है, लेकिन मिलावटी माल के चलते देसी घी की बिक्री प्रभावित जरूर हुई है। यही कारण है कि 9500/9750 रुपए देसी घी पूर्व भाव पर कंपनियां बोल रही हैं, जबकि ग्राहकी की कमी से बाजार में 50/100 रुपए अंडर रेट माल बिक रहा है। मिलावटी माल की भरमार को देखकर जीसी टेस्टिंग जरूरी हो गया है। मिलावटी माल 6000/7500 रुपए के बीच किसी भी ब्रांड के हलुवाइयों को ठिकाना पहुंच बिक रहे हैं। अत: सरकार को सीसी टेस्टिंग अनिवार्य करना चाहिए।
