New Delhi, 11 June (NNS): The supply of raw milk reduced by 10 lakh litres to 60/62 lakh litres on daily basis in the markets of North India, due to this, the production of milk powder reported to be around 580/600 metric tonnes. Notably, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained strengthened at Rs 315/328 per kg due to the strong demand from the liquid products and dry fruits manufacturers from the last two to three days. On the other hand, the cow milk powder of both Maharashtra and Tamil nadu has been selling at the higher level, in these circumstances, the prices may increase after some time.

दूध पाउडर- तेजी के लिए इंतजार करना पड़ेगा

नई दिल्ली, 11 जून (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति 10 लाख लीटर और घटकर 60-62 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई, जिससे 580-600 मीट्रिक टन दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन रह गया है। गौरतलब है कि 2-3 दिनों से मावा निर्माताओं एवं पेय पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की की पकड़ मजबूत होने से 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव मजबूती लिए ठहर गए हैं, उधर साउथ में भी वर्तमान भाव फिर लिवाली आने लगी है। उधर महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी ऊंचे भाव में मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए यहां से कुछ दिन इंतजार के बाद तेजी ही लग रही है।

Desi ghee: lack of demand

New Delhi, 11 June (NNS): The prices of desi ghee rose by Rs 250/300 per quintal as compared to the same period of the previous day because the prices of liquid milk improved by Rs 5/6 per kg this year, due to this reason, the prices  seems unfavourable to the companies. The companies started making butter stock on seeing its higher export demand. On the other hand, the supply of liquid milk reduced by 10/12 lakh litres during the previous week and today, its supply almost went down by 2/3 lakh litres. Here, the wedding season will likely to start soon, due to this, the market remained stable at the strong level and the prices will likely to increase after some time. Presently, the premium quality desi ghee also ruling between Rs 9550/9750 per tin. Here, the adulterated stock also ruling at Rs 8200/8400 per tin as per the quality.

देसी घी- केवल ग्राहकी का सन्नाटा

नई दिल्ली, 11 जून (एनएनएस) गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में देसी घी के भाव 250/300 रुपए ऊंचे चल रहे हैं, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध के भाव इस बार 5-6 रुपए ऊंचे हो गए हैं, जिस कारण कंपनियों को अब पड़ता नहीं लग रहा है। कंपनियां बटर बनाने में लगी हैं, क्योंकि निर्यात मांग अच्छी है। दूसरी ओर गत सप्ताह 10-12 लाख लीटर एवं आज 2-3 लाख लीटर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई। इधर शादियां शुरू होने वाली हैं, जिससे बाजार तेजी लिए अकड़ बनाए हुए हैं तथा कुछ दिन बाद देसी घी में फिर तेजी की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। वर्तमान में बाजार, जो 9550/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी बिक रहे हैं,। इधर मिलावटी माल 8200/8400 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार गोदाम पहुंच में बिक रहे हैं।
