New Delhi, 13 January (NNS): Presently, both the local and upcountry demand of milk powder has been started arriving constantly. On the other hand, appropriate amount of south India has been started selling out for export, due to which, there, the companies have been selling the stock at the lower level. Here, its consumption will be constant for two months and it is expected that the prices may gain by Rs 10 per kg on seeing the continuous consumption of milk powder in Mahakumbh. Here, the prices of milk powder have been ruling at Rs 295/305 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-व्यापार करते रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 13 जनवरी (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर की मांग लोकल एवं चालानी में बढ़ने लगी है। दूसरी ओर निर्यात में भी दक्षिण भारत का दूध पाउडर पर्याप्त मात्रा में जाने लगा है, जिससे वहां भी कंपनियां अब घटकर बिकवाल नहीं है। इधर 2 महीने तक जबरदस्त खपत रहेगी, शादियों के साथ-साथ महाकुंभ में दूध पाउडर की जबरदस्त खपत को देखते हुए इसमें शीघ्र 10 रु प्रति किलो की तेजी लग रही है। यहां 295/305 रुपए के दूध पाउडर में रिस्क नहीं लग रहा है।

Desi ghee: should trade at the higher level

New Delhi, 13 January (NNS): The supply of raw milk reported to be normal, but recently, milk prices have been ruling at the higher level, due to this, the production cost of desi ghee showed uptrend and the export of butter seems good. Apart from this, it is profitable to sell the stock of butter to the companies, due to this reason; most of the companies are producing less amount of stock.  The market remained stable at the same level from the last one week, but the premium quality desi ghee is being traded at Rs 8200 per quintal on seeing the production and consumption of desi ghee and there is no possibility of downtrend in the prices. Some reputed stock of brands also being quoted at Rs 8400/8450 per quintal, whereas, the sample stock also being traded at Rs 7500/7800 per quintal. Therefore, it is profitable to trade at the current level during the coming days.

देसी घी-व्यापार बढ़िया रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 13 जनवरी (एनएनएस) कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति सामान्य हो रही है, लेकिन हाल ही में दूध के भाव महंगे हो जाने से देसी घी की उत्पादन लागत काफी महंगी हो गई है तथा सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि बटर का निर्यात हो रहा है तथा कंपनियों को बटर बेचने में पड़ता लग रहा है। इस वजह से देसी घी अधिकतर कंपनियां कम बना रही हैं। पिछले एक सप्ताह से बाजार टिका हुआ है, लेकिन देसी घी की खपत एवं उत्पादन को देखते हुए जो वर्तमान में 8200 रुपए प्रति टीन प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का घी बिक रहा है, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। कुछ रेप्यूटेड ब्रांडों के माल 8400/8450 रुपए भी बोल रहे हैं, जबकि सैंपल पास माल 7500/7800 रुपए के बीच बिक रहे हैं। अत: वर्तमान भाव पर व्यापार करते रहना चाहिए।
