New Delhi, 12 August (NNS): The supply of liquid milk has been started increasing due to the constant rainfall in North India. On the other hand, the stored stock of Maharashtra and south India have also been ruling at the lower level in Delhi, UP, Haryana and Punjab, due to which, the prices of milk powder may not show more uptrend. The prices showed downtrend in the international markets during the last 5/6 days, in these circumstances, it is profitable to trade at Rs 285/295 per kg and the stock should not be stored at the current level.

दूध पाउडर- जरूरत का व्यापार करिए

नई दिल्ली, 12 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में बरसात होने से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति दिन प्रतिदिन बढ़ने लगी है। दूसरी ओर दक्षिण भारत एवं महाराष्ट्र के स्टॉक सस्ते भाव में दिल्ली यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब पहुंच में बिकने हैं, जिससे दूध पाउडर की तेजी समाप्त हो गई है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भी 5-6 दिनों के अंतराल मंदा आ गया है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए 285/295 रुपए के दूध पाउडर की बिकवाली करते रहना चाहिए तथा अब स्टॉक रोकने का समय बिल्कुल नहीं है।

Desi ghee: market will likely to remain weak

New Delhi, 12 August (NNS): The plants of desi ghee will likely to run before shri Krishna janmashatami due to the increased availability of liquid milk in North India, but the full-fledged plants will likely to run from October, due to this reason, there will be the shortage of the desi ghee during the coming days and also a lack of butter stock in all the plants. The adulterants are selling the stock of desi ghee at the lower level on the name of famous brands, but the new stock of desi ghee and butter will likely to produce after some time, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee remained stable at Rs 7700/8200 per quintal.

देसी घी-आगे बाजार मंदा रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 12 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि में वृद्धि होने से श्रीकृष्ण जन्माष्टमी से पहले प्लांट चलने लगेंगे, लेकिन प्लांट फुल फ्लैश अक्टूबर में ही चल पाएंगे। यही कारण है कि देसी घी की अभी कुछ दिन शॉर्टेज में रहेगा, बटर किसी  प्लांट में ज्यादा नहीं है। मिलावटिये सस्ते भाव में देशी घी किसी भी ब्रांड का बनाकर बेच जरूर जाते हैं, लेकिन असली देसी घी एवं बटर नया बनने में कुछ समय लगेगा, इस वजह से 7700/8200 रुपए प्रति टीन के देसी घी में ठहर कर मंदा आएगा।
