New Delhi, 23 January (NNS): Today, both the local and upcountry demand of milk powder seems sluggish, but the prices remained stable at the same level because the milk powder of south also selling at the higher rates. The availability of liquid milk showed downfall in Western UP, Haryana and Rajasthan due to the unfavorable weather conditions and it is expected that the production of milk powder may not increase in the plants. On the other hand, the exporters are taking enquiry of milk powder of North India as the stock of milk powder has been ruling at the higher level, due to this reason, the premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 295/308 per kg. The prices may not show more downfall during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-मुनाफा लेते रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 23 जनवरी (एनएनएस) आज दूध पाउडर में लोकल एवं चालानी मांग सुस्त रही, लेकिन भाव पूर्ववत महंगे रहे, क्योंकि साउथ के दूध पाउडर इस बार महंगे बिक रहे हैं। मौसम खराब होने से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि पश्चिमी यूपी हरियाणा एवं राजस्थान में और घट गई है तथा संभावना यह है कि चालू माह में प्लान्टों दूध पाउडर के उत्पादन में वृद्धि नहीं हो पाएगी, उधर दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर महंगे होने से उत्तर भारत के दूध पाउडर में निर्यातकों की पूछ परख बढ़ गई है। जिस कारण कंपनियों ने दूध पाउडर के बढ़े भाव पर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव 295/308 रुपए प्रति किलो टिके हुए हैं। निकट भविष्य में मंदा नहीं लग रहा है।

Desi ghee: will remain stable for some days

New Delhi, 23 January (NNS):  The supply of liquid milk went down to 2.50 crore litres on daily basis in the markets of North India, but huge amount of stock has been available in desi ghee plants and the chilling plants and full fledged plants have been started running. During the review period, the prices of liquid milk remained firm at Rs 52/55 per litre, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality desi ghee also selling at Rs 8600/8800 per quintal. The adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling at the current level, in these circumstances, the prices may decrease after some time during the coming days.

देसी घी-अभी कुछ दिन और ठहराव

नई दिल्ली, 23 जनवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति मामूली सुस्ती पर 2.50 करोड़ लीटर दैनिक दो दिनों से हो रही है , लेकिन अभी भी लिक्विड दूध की खपत चिलिंग प्लांटों एवं देशी घी प्लांटों में प्रचुर मात्रा में हो रही है तथा अधिकतर प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं। लिक्विड दूध के भाव भी उक्त अवधि में 52/55 रुपए प्रति लीटर रह गए हैं। इस वजह से कंपनियों में देशी घी के भाव 8700/8925 रुपए प्रति टीन पर टिके हुए हैं। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 8600/8800 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच बिकने लगे हैं। मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में अभी कुछ दिन ठहर कर और मंदे की उम्मीद दिखाई दे रही है।
