New Delhi 02 June (NNS): The demand of butter seems constant from the exporters, whereas, most of the plants have gone for maintenance, due to this reason, the production of desi ghee has been started decreasing in the plants. The upcountry demand of desi ghee seems direct from the plants. Now, the running companies are producing less amount of butter stock as its prices have been ruling at the higher level. Here, both the consuming industries and the markets are buying limited amount of stock owing to the shortage of the stock, due to this reason, the market may likely to remain stable, but its trade will be profitable during the near future. The prices of desi ghee rose by Rs 300 to Rs 8900/9100 per tin before a month, but it is profitable to trade the stock at the current level.

देसी घी-अभी कुछ दिन सुस्ती

नई दिल्ली, 2 जून (एनएनएस) बटर में निर्यातकों की मांग बनी हुई है, वहीं अधिकतर प्लांट मेंटेनेंस में जा चुके हैं, जिस कारण प्लांटों में देसी घी का उत्पादन लगातार घटता जा रहा है। देसी घी में शादियों की चालानी मांग सीधे प्लांटों से हो रही है। जो कंपनियां चल भी रही है, वह बटर महंगा होने से कम उत्पादन कर रही हैं। यहां माल की कमी में खपत वाले उद्योगों एवं मंडियों की लिवाली सीमित मात्रा में चल रही है, इस वजह से अभी बाजार स्थिर रहेगा,लेकिन आगे चलकर भी इसका व्यापार लाभदायक रहेगा। एक महीने पहले 300 रुपए बढ़कर देसी घी के भाव 8900/9150 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए, लेकिन इन भावों में माल बेचना चाहिए।

Milk powder: should take profit

New Delhi 02 June (NNS): The arrivals of raw milk reported to be decrease to 68 lakh litres regularly in the plants during the previous week. The market remained close at the same level as most of the plants have gone under maintenance on seeing the constant downfall in the supply. The wedding season has been ongoing from the last one month which will likely to be end after the first week of June and will start again in July. Here, the prices of cow milk powder of South India have been ruling at the higher level and the production of milk powder seems weak, due to this, the nominal amount of milk powder of North India has been exporting constantly. Here, the premium quality milk powder also being sold at Rs 320/325 per kg and some companies are quoting its prices at Rs 330 per kg. During the previous days, a company has declined the price by Rs 10 per kg, due to this reason, the prices have not showed heavy uptrend during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर- मुनाफा भी लेते रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 2 जून (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आवक घटकर 68 लाख लीटर के करीब औसतन दैनिक रह गई है। इसकी आपूर्ति घटने से अधिकतर पाउडर प्लांट मेंटेनेंस में जाने से पूर्ववत बाजार बंद हुए। बीते माह से शादियां चल रही हैं, अब जून के प्रथम सप्ताह तक शादियां हैं, उसके बाद जुलाई में है। इधर उत्पादन घटने एवं दक्षिण भारत के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर तेज होने से उत्तर भारत के भी दूध पाउडर का दूध पाउडर निर्यात में भी छिटपुट जाने लगा है, इस वजह से अगले सप्ताह में इसमें  है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 320/325 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे हैं तथा कुछ कंपनियां 330 रुपए भी बोलने लगी है। पिछले दिनों एक कंपनी ने 10 रुपए प्रति किलो दूध पाउडर घटा दिया, जिस कारण अभी तेजी नहीं लग रही है।
