New Delhi, 16 December (NNS): The availability of liquid milk has been started improving in North India as comparatively, due to which, the companies have purchased its procurement after declining the prices by Rs 3 to Rs 48/50 per kg during the previous week. The demand of milk powder seems weak as the wedding season has been closed. Today, around 1.5 crore litres of liquid milk reported to be supply before a week, in these circumstances, the prices declined by Rs 10 per kg. Therefore, it is not profitable to purchase the stock at the current level. The traders are not purchasing the stock of milk powder at the current level and the prices showed soft trend in the international markets.

नई दिल्ली, 16 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि अपेक्षाकृत प्लांटों में सुधरने लगी है, जिससे प्रोक्योरमेंट पिछले सप्ताह 3 रुपए प्रति किलो घटाकर 48/50 रुपए प्रति किलो कंपनियों ने खरीद किया। शादियां बंद हो जाने से दूध पाउडर मांग कम हो गयी है। लिक्विड दूध किया आपूर्ति आज सप्ताह के पहले दिन ही डेढ़ करोड़ लीटर हो गई, इन परिस्थितियों में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो मंदे के आसार दिखाई दे रहे हैं। अत: वर्तमान भाव में ज्यादा माल खरीदने की जरूरत नहीं है। दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर भी वर्तमान भाव पर बढ़ाकर लिवाल नहीं आ रहे हैं तथा अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भी थोड़ा नरम चल रहा है।

Desi ghee: butter export showed downfall

New Delhi, 16 December (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed uptrend in all the plants of North India including Meerut, Siyana, Bulandshehr, Aligarh, Khurja, Charra, Kasganj, Pihova, Palwal, Agra, Mewaat, Kurukshetra, Kundali and Raai, due to this reason desi ghee prices remained stable at Rs 8000/8250 per tin. The butter of 82 percent fats remained sluggish at Rs 370 per kg. This year, the export of butter seems weak in all the countries including Egypt and Europe. The prices of both desi ghee and butter seems reasonable, due to this reason, the prices may not show heavy downfall. The prices fell down by Rs 150/200 per tin during the current week due to the higher production.

नई दिल्ली, 16 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति मेरठ खुर्जा सियाना बुलंदशहर अलीगढ़ खुर्जा छर्रा कासगंज पिहोवा पलवल आगरा मेवात कुरुक्षेत्र कुंडली राई सभी क्षेत्रों के उत्पादक प्लांटों में पहले की अपेक्षा वृद्धि हुई है। जिस कारण देसी घी के भाव 8000/8250 रुपए प्रति टीन पर टिके रहे। बटर के भाव भी 82 प्रतिशत फैट वाले माल के 370 रु पर सुस्त चल रहे हैं। इस बार यूरोपीय एवं इजिप्ट के देशों में बटर का निर्यात भी घट गया है। देसी घी एवं बटर के पड़ते ठीक लग रहे हैं। इस वजह से अभी और मंदा आने वाला है। उत्पादन बढ़ने पर चालू सप्ताह के अंतराल संभवत 150/200 रुपए प्रति टीन और घट सकते हैं।
