New Delhi, 02 January (NNS): The availability of liquid milk has been started improving in the plants of North India, but the procurement improved by Rs 2 to Rs 46/48 per kg during the previous week as the plants will likely to run as per the capacity. In VLC, the companies have purchased the stock at Rs 50/51 per kg. The companies are selling the stock of milk powder at the lower level as the weddings will likely to start after 15 days. The supply of liquid milk reported to be at 1.5 crore litres in the plants of North India, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices. Therefore, it is profitable to purchase the stock at the current level. The milk powder of south India has not been selling at the lower level and the enquiry has also been started in the international markets.

दूध पाउडर-स्टॉक ठहर कर करिए

नई दिल्ली, 2 जनवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि अपेक्षाकृत प्लांटों में सुधरने लगी है, लेकिन प्लांट क्षमता में चलने से प्रोक्योरमेंट पिछले सप्ताह 2 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ाकर 46/48 एवं वीएलसी 50/51 रुपए प्रति किलो कंपनियों ने खरीद किया। शादियां 15 दिन बाद शुरू होने से दूध पाउडर में कंपनियां घटाकर बेचू नहीं हैं। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति आज वर्ष के दूसरे दिन भी डेढ़ करोड़ लीटर उत्तर भारत के प्लांटो में हुई, इन परिस्थितियों में फिलहाल मंदे के आसार दिखाई नहीं दे रहे हैं। अत: वर्तमान भाव में माल खरीदने की अब जरूरत है। दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर भी वर्तमान भाव पर घटाकर बिकवाल नहीं आ रहे हैं तथा अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों की भी थोड़ी पूछ परख आने लगी है।

Desi ghee: good export of butter

New Delhi, 02 January (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be increase in all the areas of North India including Meerut, Khurja, SIyana, Bulandshehr, Aligarh, Khurja, Charra, kasganj, Pihova, Palwal, Agra, Mewat, Kurukshetra, Kundali and Raai, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee remained stable at Rs 8000/8250 per tin. The prices of butter 80 percent also held strong at Rs 370/375 per kg. This year, the export of butter showed uptrend from the European and the Egypt countries. The prices of  both butter and desi ghee remained stable at the same level, due to this reason, the prices may not show heavy downfall. It is expected that the market may remain stable at the same level during the current week despite the higher production.

देसी घी -बटर का निर्यात बढ़िया

नई दिल्ली, 2 जनवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति मेरठ, खुर्जा, सियाना, बुलंदशहर, अलीगढ़, खुर्जा छर्रा, कासगंज, पिहोवा, पलवल, आगरा, मेवात, कुरुक्षेत्र, कुंडली राई सभी क्षेत्रों के उत्पादक प्लांटों में पहले की अपेक्षा वृद्धि हुई है। जिस कारण देसी घी के भाव 8000/8250 रुपए प्रति टीन पर टिके रहे। बटर के भाव भी 82 प्रतिशत फैट वाले माल के 370/375 रुपए पर मजबूत बोलने लगे हैं। इस बार यूरोपीय एवं इजिप्ट के देशों में बटर का निर्यात भी बढ़ गया है। देसी घी एवं बटर के पड़ते ठीक लग रहे हैं। इस वजह से अब निकट में मंदा आने वाला नहीं है। उत्पादन बढ़ने के बावजूद भी चालू सप्ताह के अंतराल संभवत: बाजार टिके रहेंगे।
