New Delhi, 16 August (NNS): The supply of liquid  milk has been increasing day by day in North India. However, the full-fledged plants will likely to run after a long time and it is expected that the plants will likely to run after shri Krishna janmashatami and the export prices also seems favourable, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of more uptrend in the trade of milk powder. The rakshabandhan festival has almost arrived and its demand has already been over. Therefore, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-स्टॉक का माल बेचिए

नई दिल्ली, 16 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति धीरे-धीरे बढ़ने लगी है। हालांकि फुल फ्लैश प्लांट चलने में अभी विलंब जरूर है, श्री कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी के बाद से प्लांट चलने लगेंगे तथा निर्यात में भी महाराष्ट्र के पड़ते लग रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर के व्यापार में तेजी की गुंजाइश नहीं है। रक्षाबंधन का त्यौहार आ चुका है, उसकी मांग लगभग पूरी हो चुकी है। अत: अपना माल बेचते रहना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: decrement after some time

New Delhi, 16 August (NNS): The prices of liquid milk showed uptrend in North India during the previous  some days, but the production of liquid milk has also been started increasing constantly owing to the intermittent rainfall in North India. The vyant has also been started increasing constantly in the milch cattle and the availability will likely to remain high, in this situation, the supply of liquid milk will likely to be normal, but the plants of desi ghee will likely to run after 15 days and there is a lack of both butter and desi ghee stock at all the points, due to this reason, the premium quality desi ghee also being traded at Rs 7700/8200 per quintal including GST pad, due to this, the market may show more uptrend. The full-fledged plants will likely to run after two months.

देसी घी- मंदा आने में थोड़ा समय

नई दिल्ली, 16 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में पिछले कुछ दिनों में लिक्विड दूध की वृद्धि हो गई है, लेकिन मानसूनी बरसात रुक-रुक कर उत्तर भारत में होने से जो लिक्विड दूध निरंतर उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है, दुधारू पशुओं में व्यांत तेजी से बढ़ने लगी है तथा आने वाले समय में उपलब्धि अधिक होने वाली है, इस स्थिति में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति सुगम हो जाएगी, लेकिन देशी घी प्लांट चलने में अभी 15 दिन का समय बाकी है तथा किसी भी प्वाइंट पर बटर एवं देसी घी का स्टॉक ज्यादा नहीं है, इस वजह से जो देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का 7700/8200 रु के बीच जीएसटी पैड बिक रहा है, इसमें अभी बाजार बढ़ सकता है। प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में कम से कम 2 महीने का समय बाकी है।
