New Delhi, 07 July (NNS): The kawad yatra of Sultanganj and Devghar has already been started along with Delhi and Haridwar kawad yatra, due to this, the consumption of liquid milk will likely to remain high. However, the supply of liquid milk showed downfall in North India on seeing the current temperature. The availability of liquid milk may show uptrend in the milch cattle, despite this, there will be the shortage of the milk powder because the plants will likely to run after a long time. It is also true that the milk powder of South India has been selling at the sluggish rates, due to this, there is no possibility of uptrend in the trade of North India, despite this, the consumption of milk powder will likely to remain high, due to this, the prices may not show downfall at the current level.

दूध पाउडर-अपना माल बेचते रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 7 जुलाई (एनएनएस) सुल्तानगंज देवघर कावड़ यात्रा शुरू हो गई है, दिल्ली हरिद्वार कावड़ यात्रा भी शुरू हो जाएगी, इसलिए लिक्विड दूध की खपत एक महीने भरपूर रहेगी। हालांकि मौसम के तापमान से उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की घटी आपूर्ति में अब कमी आ गई है। दुधारू पशुओं में लिक्विड दिए की उपलब्धि दिन प्रति दिन बढ़ेगी। इन सबके बावजूद भी दूध पाउडर अभी स्टॉक में कम रहेगा, क्योंकि प्लांट चलने में लंबा समय बाकी है। हम मानते हैं कि दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर सस्ते बिकने से उत्तर भारत के दूध पाउडर में अब तेजी की धारणा समाप्त होने लगी है, इन सब के बावजूद अभी चालू महीने में दूध पाउडर की खपत रहेगी। इसलिए वर्तमान भाव पर मंदा नहीं है।

Desi ghee: no downfall due to the shortage of the stock

New Delhi, 07 July (NNS):  The supply of liquid milk has been started increasing in North India, but there is a lack of fats in all the plants. The adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the plants, but the consumption of desi ghee will remain high in some areas of the Kawad yatras in the current month and the domestic consumption seems high. In contrary to this, the production of desi ghee will likely to be close because the plants will not run due to the increment in the liquid milk, in these circumstances, the premium quality milk powder also ruling at Rs 8800/8900 per quintal as per the quality and it is expected that the prices of desi ghee will likely to remain stable at the same level during the coming days.

देसी घी-माल की कमी से मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 7 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति धीरे-धीरे बढ़ने लगी है, लेकिन किसी भी प्लांट में फैट का स्टॉक नहीं है। देसी घी के मिलावटी माल धड़ले से जरूर बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन चालू महीने के अंतराल विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में कावड़ यात्राओं में देसी घी की खपत अधिक रहेगी, घरेलू खपत भी अधिक रहती है। दूसरी ओर देसी घी का उत्पादन अभी बंद रहेगा, क्योंकि इस लिक्विड दूध में वृद्धि से प्लांट अभी नहीं चल पाएंगे, इन परिस्थितियों में 8800/9000 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच जो देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के बिक रहे हैं, इसमें अभी ठहराव बना रहेगा।
