New Delhi, 22 July (NNS): The monsoon season does not seems favourable in north India, and it is expected that the availability of liquid milk will likely to be increase due to the decrement in the temperature, in these circumstances,  the consumption will likely to be normal. Therefore, it is profitable to sell the stock of milk powder at the current level. Presently, the premium quality milk powder is being traded at Rs 285/295 per quintal. Apart from this, the prices of whey powder and maltodextrin also ruling at Rs 220/240 per kg, And the inferior quality stock has been selling out at more lower level. The cow milk powder of South India also being traded at the lower level, in these circumstances, the trade should not be done at the higher level during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-माल बेचते रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 22 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में धीरे-धीरे मानसूनी बरसात अनुकूल नहीं है तथापि मौसम का तापमान गिरने से लिक्विड दूर की उपलब्धि में आगे वृद्धि होने के आसार बन गए हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में खपत की आगे पूर्ति में सुगमता रहेगी। अत: अपना दूध पाउडर भेजते रहना चाहिए। वर्तमान में 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर बिक रहा है तथा वेपाउडर व माल्टोडेक्सट्रीन वाले माल 220/240 रुपए के बीच बिक रहे हैं, इससे नीचे  और क्वालिटी हल्की वाले बिक रहे हैं। दक्षिण भारत के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी सस्ते बिक रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में तेजी का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: delay in the decrement of prices

New Delhi, 22 July (NNS): There is a shortage of liquid milk in North India during the last some days, but the monsoon rainfall seems constant in north India, due to this, the prices of liquid milk has been started in increasing continuously. It is expected that it’s availability will likely to be high. In the near future, in this situation, the supply of liquid will likely to be normal, but the powder plants will likely to run after sometime, and there is also a shortage of butter and desi ghee ghee stock in the plants, due to this reason, the premium quality desi ghee is being traded at Rs 7700/7800 per quintal in GST pad, and the market may show uptrend. The full fledged plants will likely to run after two months.

देसी घी-अभी मंदा आने में विलंब

नई दिल्ली, 22 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में पिछले कुछ दिनों में लिक्विड दूध की पानी चल रही है, लेकिन मानसूनी बरसात रुक-रुक कर उत्तर भारत में होने से जो लिक्विड दूध निरंतर घटता जा रहा था, वह अब बढ़ने लगा है व्यांत तेजी से बढ़ने लगी है तथा आने वाले समय में उपलब्धि अधिक होने वाली है, इस स्थिति में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति सुगम हो जाएगी, लेकिन पाउडर प्लांट चलने में अभी लंबा समय बाकी है तथा किसी भी प्वाइंट पर बटर एवं देसी घी का स्टाक ज्यादा नहीं है, इस वजह से जो देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का 7700/8200 रुपए के बीच जीएसटी पैड बिक रहा है, इसमें अभी बाजार बढ़ सकता है। प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में काम से कम 2 महीने का समय बाकी है।
