New Delhi, 15 July (NNS): The monsoon rainfall has been started in North India and the availability of liquid milk may increase due to the decrement in the temperature, in these circumstances, the fulfilment of the consumption will be ease. Therefore, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level. Presently, premium quality milk powder also being sold at Rs 285/295 per kg and the stock of both whey powder and maltodextrin also ruling at Rs 230/250 per kg and the inferior quality stock is being traded at lower level. Apart from this, the cow milk powder of south and western India also selling out at the lower level, in these circumstances, the trade should not be done at the higher level.

दूध पाउडर-माल बेचना जरूरी

नई दिल्ली, 15 जुलाई (एनएनएस) यद्यपि एक पखवाड़े से मौसम का तापमान घटने से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि में लगातार सुधर गई है। उधर दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर अभी सस्ते मिल रहे हैं, जिस कारण तेजी तो मुश्किल लग रही है, लेकिन वर्तमान भाव में श्रावणी त्योहारों की खपत एवं शादियों की मांग को देखते हुए व्यापार करते रहना चाहिए। नया माल प्रेशर में आने में अभी कम से कम डेढ़ महीने का समय और लगेगा, जिस कारण जड़ में मंदा तो नहीं है, लेकिन तेजी का व्यापार भी नहीं करना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: no decrement due to the shortage of butter

New Delhi, 15 July (NNS): The demand of liquid milk reported to be constant during the last some days in North India, but the prices of liquid milk was declining intermittently in North India owing to the constant rainfall, but now, its prices started increasing and its availability of may increase during  the near future, in this situation, the supply of liquid milk will likely to be normal, but the powder plants will likely to run after a long time and there is a lack of butter and desi ghee stock in the markets, due to this reason, the premium quality also ruling at Rs 7100/8200 per quintal at the rack points, due to this, the market may show uptrend during the near future. The full fledged plants will likely to run after almost two and a half months.

देसी घी-बटर की कमी से मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 15 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में पिछले कुछ दिनों में लिक्विड दूध की पानी चल रही है, लेकिन मानसूनी बरसात रुक-रुक कर उत्तर भारत में होने से जो लिक्विड दूध निरंतर घटता जा रहा था, वह अब बढ़ने लगा है तथा आने वाले समय में उपलब्धि बढ़ने वाली है, इस स्थिति में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति सुगम हो जाएगी, लेकिन पाउडर प्लांट चलने में अभी लंबा समय बाकी है तथा किसी भी प्वाइंट पर बटर एवं देसी घी का स्टाक ज्यादा नहीं है, इस वजह से जो देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का 7/00/8200 रुपए के बीच जीएसटी पैड बिक रहा है, इसमें अभी बाजार बढ़ सकता है। प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में काम से कम ढाई महीने का समय बाकी है।
