New Delhi, 29 August (NNS): The arrivals of milk powder of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka reported to be weak in the markets of North India. On the other hand, the market remained stable at the same level during the current month due to the weak production. The stock of milk powder is being available at Rs 330/335 per kg. The traders are selling the stock of various brands at Rs 370/380 per kg, but the arrival pressure of the stock seems weak. Therefore, some leader companies are not selling the stock of milk powder at the lower level. Therefore, it is profitable to sell and purchase the stock constantly during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-अभी स्टॉक की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 29 अगस्त (एनएनएस) वर्तमान में महाराष्ट्र, तमिलनाडु, आंध्र प्रदेश, कर्नाटक के दूध पाउडर, उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में अब कम आ रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर यहां उत्पादन कम होने से चालू महीने में मजबूती लिए ठहराव बना हुआ है। वहां का दूध पाउडर यहां 330/335 रुपए प्रति किलो से कम में पड़ता नहीं आ रहा है। हम मानते हैं कि इसे पैकिंग करके विभिन्न ब्रांडों के नाम से 370/380 रुपए के बीच बेचने लगे हैं, लेकिन इन मालों का प्रेशर अब ज्यादा नहीं है। अत: दूध पाउडर लीडर कंपनियां अभी घटाकर बेचने के मूड में नहीं है। अत: व्यापार के लिए खरीदते बेचते रहना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: no more downtrend for some days

New Delhi, 29 August (NNS): The all-round festival demand has already been over, but there is a shortage of butter stock in all the plants, due to this, there is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices. Almost 30 percent of the stock has been started running in UP during the last two days, but the new stock of desi ghee and butter has been started consuming owing to the unavailability of the stock, in these circumstances, desi ghee has not been traded at the lower level. This year, the availability of liquid milk reported to be good during the last some months, due to which, the liquid milk packing manufacturers get huge profit and the trade of butter and desi ghee will be profitable during the near future. The premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 7700/8200 per quintal.

देसी घी-अभी कुछ दिन मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 29 अगस्त (एनएनएस) यद्यपि त्यौहारी मांग चौतरफा समाप्त हो गई है लेकिन किसी भी प्लांट में बटर का स्टॉक नहीं है, इसलिए कुछ दिन बाजार घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। यूपी में प्लांट दो दिन से 30 प्रतिशत तक चलने लगे हैं, लेकिन अभी स्टॉक में माल नहीं होने से जो बटर एवं देशी घी बन रहा है, वह खपता जा रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में देसी घी में अभी मंदे का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए। इस बार लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि पिछले कई महीनो से अच्छी रही है, जिससे लिक्विड दूध पैकिंग निर्माताओं को खूब पड़ता लगा है तथा आगे बटर एवं देसी घी निर्माताओं को भी लाभ मिलेगा। प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी की बिक्री 7700/8200 रुपए के बीच बाजार में हो रही हैं।
