There, the milk powder of Tamil nadu has been selling at the higher level. In these circumstances, there is a lack of stock to the stockists and to the plants of North India, due to which, the prices of milk powder remained stable at Rs 295/305 per kg. The availability of milk powder seems high, on seeing this, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level. दूध पाउडर-अभी स्टॉक की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 14 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) महाराष्ट्र के दूध पाउडर यहां आकर 245/250 रुपए प्रति किलो बिकने से उत्तर भारत में दूध पाउडर के भाव एक बार फिर ठहर गए हैं, क्योंकि 50-60 रुपए प्रति किलो का अंतर हो जाने से उत्तर भारत के माल अपेक्षाकृत कम बिक रहे हैं। इस वजह से कंपनियां बढ़ाने की बजाय पुराने भाव पर दूध पाउडर बेच रही है। तमिलनाडु के दूध पाउडर भी वहां कुछ ऊंचे बिक रहे हैं। इन परिस्थितियों में उत्तर भारत का दूध पाउडर प्लांटों व स्टॉकिस्टों के पास स्टॉक में ज्यादा नहीं है, जिससे भी दूध पाउडर के भाव 295/305 रुपए प्रति किलो पर टिके हुए हैं। आगे चलकर लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ेगी, इसे देखते हुए स्टाक की बजाय अभी माल बेचते रहना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: adulterants will not the prices to go up

New Delhi, 14 November (NNS): The production of new stock of desi ghee has been started increasing constantly. Apart from this, the arrival pressure of the adulterated stock seems constant at the sluggish level in the markets, due to this reason, the sale of pure stock does not seems favourable. Here, the cooperatives are not selling the stock of desi ghee at the lower level. The full-fledged plants will likely to run after a long time. The adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the plants and the availability of liquid milk showed uptrend, due to which, huge amount of stock has been supplying in the markets for the consumption of the consumers, in this situation, the premium quality desi ghee also held stable at Rs 8000/8400 per quintal.

देसी घी- मिलावटिए और नहीं बढ़ने देंगे

नई दिल्ली, 14 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) नया देसी घी का उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है, इसके अलावा मिलावटी माल का प्रेशर मंडियों में सस्ते भाव पर बना हुआ है। यही कारण है कि प्योर माल की बिक्री अनुकूल नहीं है, इधर कोआपरेटिव्स भी अब घटाकर देसी घी में बिकवाल नहीं है। हम मानते हैं कि प्लांट क्षमता के अनुरूप चलने में अभी और समय लगेगा। मिलावटी माल धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं तथा लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि तेजी से बढ़ने लगी है, जिससे  उपभोक्ताओं की खपत के लिए पॉलीपैक की भी पूर्ति प्रचुर मात्रा में होने लगी है रहेगी। इस स्थिति में शॉर्टेज की स्थिति में बाजार में बढ़ाकर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 8000/8400 रुपए प्रति टीन में कुछ दिन मंदा नहीं लग रहा है।
