New Delhi, 06 November (NNS): Due to favourable demand from both export and domestic markets, there is no pressure on milk powder stocks at any plant. On the other hand, the availability of liquid milk is not increasing this season. Moreover, several festivals are upcoming in the month of Kartik following Ashwin, which is expected to keep milk powder consumption steady. Meanwhile, milk powder from Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu is being dispatched through port deliveries. In North India too, cooperative supplies are not available at cheaper rates. On seeing these circumstances, the trade of milk powder will continue to remain favourable.
दूध पाउडर-अभी लिक्विड दूध की कील्लत
नई दिल्ली, 6 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) निर्यात व घरेलू दोनों ही मांग अनुकूल चलने से दूध पाउडर का प्रेशर किसी भी प्लांट में नहीं है। दूसरी ओर लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि इस बार बढ़ नहीं रही है तथा आश्विन के बाद कार्तिक के महीने में भी सारे त्यौहार आ रहे हैं, इसलिए दूध पाउडर की खपत अभी रहेगी। दूसरी ओर पोर्ट डिलीवरी में महाराष्ट्र तथा तमिलनाडु के दूध पाउडर जा रहे हैं। इधर उत्तर भारत में भी कोआपरेटिव के माल सस्ते नहीं मिल रहे हैं, इन सारी परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर का व्यापार करते रहना चाहिए।
Desi Ghee: Butter Exports Remain High
New Delhi, 06 November (NNS): Due to high butter prices in international markets, Indian butter exports are continuing intermittently. On the other hand, imports from other countries are currently not economically viable. In North India, the impact of El Niño has affected the availability of liquid milk, which remains below the expected level. This is why, premium-quality desi ghee is trading at Rs 10200/10500 per tin. Even sellers of superior quality samples are unwilling to sell below Rs 8800 per quintal. Considering future consumption demand, desi ghee prices are likely to rise further by around Rs 10 per kg.
