New Delhi, 21 March (NNS): The prices of milk powder declined by Rs 20 per kg from the last one month. However, recently, its prices improved by $20/25 per tonne in the international markets, but the companies have been constantly selling their stock because of the increment in the production, due to this reason, the market showed heavy downfall. The supply of liquid milk reduced to 1.5/1.6 crore litres on daily basis from which around 1210-1215 tons of milk powder reported to be produced. It is not profitable to trade at the lower level on seeing the further summer season. Both the local and upcountry demand has been started improving in the plants. On the other hand, appropriate amount of milk powder of Maharashtra has been started exporting, due to which, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 285/295 per kg. Apart from this, the stock of Maltodextrin and whey powder is being traded at Rs 180/200 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-वर्तमान भाव पर लाभ का सौदा

नई दिल्ली, 21 मार्च (एनएनएस) पिछले माह से अब तक 20 रुपए प्रति किलो की दूध पाउडर में गिरावट आ गई है। हालांकि अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों के 20-25 डॉलर की हाल ही में तेजी आ गई है, लेकिन उत्पादन में वृद्धि होने से लगातार कंपनियां माल बेचने लगी हैं। यही कारण है की बाजार नीचे आ गया है। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 1.5-1.6 करोड़ लीटर के करीब दैनिक हो रही है, जिसमें दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन 1210-1215 के करीब हुआ। आगे गर्मी को देखते हुए वर्तमान भाव पर मंदे का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए। प्लांटों में लोकल एवं चालानी मांग सुधरने लगी है। दूसरी ओर निर्यात में भी महाराष्ट्र का दूध पाउडर पर्याप्त मात्रा में जाने लगा है, जिस कारण 285/295 रुपए प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के टिके हुए हैं। माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल 180/200 रुपए किलो के बीच बिक रहे हैं।

Desi ghee: prices will remain high

New Delhi, 21 March (NNS): There were around 1.5 crore litres of raw milk reported to be supply on daily basis. Recently, milk prices improved by Re 1 per litre, due to this, the production cost of desi ghee showed heavy increment. The main thing is that the export of butter seems constant and the companies are taking huge amount of profit after selling this, due to this reason, most of the companies are producing less amount of desi ghee. The market remained stable at the same level from the last one month, but the premium quality desi ghee remained stable at Rs 8400/8500 per tin on seeing the consumption and production, in this situation, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices during the coming days.

देसी घी-कीमतें तेज रहेंगी

नई दिल्ली, 21 मार्च (एनएनएस) कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति डेढ़ करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हो रही है। हाल ही में दूध के भाव एक रुपया लीटर महंगे हो जाने से देसी घी की उत्पादन लागत काफी महंगी हो गई है। महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि बटर का निर्यात हो रहा है तथा कंपनियों को बटर बेचने में लाभ मिल रहा है। इस वजह से अधिकतर कंपनियां देशी घी कम बना रही हैं। पिछले एक एक माह से बाजार टिका हुआ है, लेकिन देसी घी की खपत एवं उत्पादन को देखते हुए जो वर्तमान में 8400/8500 रुपए प्रति टीन प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का घी बिक रहा है, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है।
