New Delhi, 09 May (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall in North India during the summer season, due to which, its prices have been ruling at Rs 61/62 per litre. The stock of milk powder has been producing in some plants, here, both the local and the upcountry sale of weddings showed uptrend at the current level. The consumption of milk powder showed uptrend from the last 20/22 days and the weddings season will be on peak in the coming two months, due to this reason, the market may show uptrend. Now, the premium quality milk powder also being traded at Rs 325/335 per kg and it is profitable to purchase the stock at the current level. The federations of Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra also ruling between Rs 280/295 per kg in the current week. Here, the cooperatives of Gujarat also selling the stock at the higher level.

दूध पाउडर-प्लांटों में उत्पादन 20 प्रतिशत केवल

नई दिल्ली, 9 मई (एनएनएस) गर्मी से उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई है, जिससे इसके भाव 61/62 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गए हैं। दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन कुछ ही प्लांटों में रहा है, इधर वर्तमान में शादियों की बिक्री लोकल एवं चालानी में बढ़ गयी है। पिछले 20-22 दिनों से खपत बढ़ गयी है, अगले 2 महीने तक शादियां युद्ध स्तर पर होने वाली है, जिस कारण बाजार अब और तेज हो जाएगा। अब वर्तमान में प्रीमियम क्वॉलिटी का जो दूध पाउडर 325/335 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहा है तथा इन भावों में भी दूध पाउडर की खरीद करनी चाहिए। तमिलनाडु महाराष्ट्र फेडरेशन भी चालू सप्ताह में बढ़ाकर 280/295 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच कर दिए हैं। इधर गुजरात कोआपरेटिव की भी बिकवाली बढ़ाकर आ रही है।

Desi ghee: shortage of demand, but lack of stock

New Delhi, 09 May (NNS): There were around 80/81 lakh lires of liquid milk reported to be arrive on daily basis in the plants of North India. Here, the all-round buying of butter seems constant from the exporters, due to this reason, the prices of both butter and desi ghee showed uptrend. Presently, there were around 400 tonnes of desi ghee reported to be produced on daily basis in the plants of North India because most of the plants are under maintenance. Presently, the prices of premium quality desi ghee also being traded at Rs 8900/9150 per tin as per the quality. Here, the prices have been quoted at the higher level because the manufacturing companies are doing competitive buying owing to the weak supply of liquid milk. The export of butter reported to be good for the Egyptian countries.

देसी घी-ग्राहकी की कमी, किंतु माल नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 9 मई (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति उत्तर भारत के प्लान्टों में 80-81 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, इधर बटर में निर्यातकों की चौतरफा लिवाली बनी हुई है, जिस कारण देशी घी व बटर दोनों के भाव तेज बोलने लगे हैं। इस समय उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में देसी घी का उत्पादन 400 टन दैनिक रह गया है, क्योंकि अधिकतर प्लांट मेंटिनेस में जा चुके हैं। वर्तमान में देसी घी के भाव 8900/9150 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के ब्रांड रेपुटेशन के अनुसार चल रहे हैं। यहां बाजार अब तेज लग रहा है, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटने से निर्माता कंपनियों की खरीद प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक बढ़ गई है। बटर का निर्यात इजिप्ट के देशों के लिए अच्छा हो रहा है।
