New Delhi, 26 March (NNS): There supply of liquid milk reduced to 1.5 crore litres on daily basis in the powder plants, due to this, the production reached to Rs 1220/1225 tonnes regularly. During the previous week, the prices of liquid milk increased by Rs 2 to Rs 55/57 per litre. Milk powder also being available at Rs 285/295 per kg due to the favourable export demand. There, the cow milk powder of south India also being traded at Rs 235/240 per kg. The cow milk powder of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu has constantly been exporting to Manila, Bangladesh along with the gulf countries.

दूध पाउडर-उत्पादन घटने लगा

नई दिल्ली, 26 मार्च (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति पाउडर प्लांटों में घटकर डेढ़ करोड़ लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, जिसमें दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन 1200-1225 टन दैनिक हो रहा है। लिक्विड दूध के भाव भी पिछले सप्ताह में 2 रुपए बढ़ कर 55/57 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गये हैं। निर्यात मांग भी अनुकूल होने से दूध पाउडर के भाव 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो पर ज्यादा माल नहीं दे रही हैं। दक्षिण भारत के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी वहां 235/240 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच क्वालिटी अनुसार बिक रहे हैं। महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु से काऊ मिल्क पाउडर का निर्यात मनीला ओमान बंगला देश सहित खाड़ी के देशों के लिए हो रहा है।

Desi ghee: no more downtrend

New Delhi, 26 March (NNS): The export demand of butter reported to be high in the current month as comparatively. On the other hand, the supply of liquid milk may show uptrend, despite this, the prices of desi ghee have not showed downfall as comparatively due to the shortage of butter in the plants, but there is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices. The availability of liquid milk and the amount of fats in it seems high from the last two months and the prices may not show more decrement on seeing the export and consumption of butter.

देसी घी- और मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 26 मार्च (एनएनएस) चालू माह में बटर का निर्यात भी अपेक्षाकृत और बढ़ा हुआ है। दूसरी ओर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति में और वृद्धि की संभावना प्रबल हो गई है। इसके बावजूद भी प्लांट में बटर की कमी रहने से अपेक्षाकृत देसी घी में मंदा कम आया है, लेकिन अब यहां से और घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि एवं उसमें फैट्स की मात्रा 2 महीने से बढ़ गई है, तथापि खपत व बटर के निर्यात को देखते हुए और मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं लग रही है।
