New Delhi, 18 December (NNS): The supply of milk powder increased 1.5 crore litres on daily basis in all the powder plants including UP, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and MP, due to this reason, the production of milk powder reported to at 12001225 metric tonnes regularly. It is also true that the consumption of milk in poly pack increased by 4 percent as compared to the same period of the period year, but there is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices owing to the selling of milk powder of South India at the lower level and unfavourable domestic and the export demand of milk powder. In this situation, the prices may increase by Rs 10 per kg during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा

नई दिल्ली, 18 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश सहित देश के सभी पाउडर प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति डेढ़ करोड़ लीटर दैनिक होने लगी है, जिस कारण दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन 1200-1225 मीट्रिक टन दैनिक होने लगा है। हम मानते हैं कि पॉलीपैक में भी दूध की खपत गत वर्ष की तुलना में चार प्रतिशत बढ़ी है, लेकिन दूध पाउडर का घरेलू एवं निर्यात मांग अनुकूल नहीं होने तथा दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर सस्ते बिकने से फिलहाल तेजी की बिल्कुल गुंजाइश नहीं है, बल्कि आने वाले समय में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो निकलने के आसार बन गए हैं।

Desi ghee: downtrend after some time

New Delhi, 18 December (NNS): The supply of liquid milk went up to 1.5 crore litres on daily basis in the plants of North India, due to which, almost 900/925 tonnes of desi ghee reported to be produced regularly. Here, the adulterated stock also being selling out rapidly in the markets, due to which, the prices of desi ghee may decrease by Rs 15/20 per kg during the near future. Presently, the stockists are mot selling the stock at the current level because there is no risk in the trade and the production season is on peak. Now, the wedding season will temporarily off for one month, due to which, the consumption of desi ghee and butter seems weak.

देसी घी-कुछ दिन ठहर कर मंदा आएगा

नई दिल्ली, 18 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़कर डेढ़ करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हो गई है, जिससे देसी घी का उत्पादन 900-925 मीट्रिक टन दैनिक होने लगा है। इधर मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, जिससे भविष्य में देसी घी में भी 15-20 रुपए प्रति किलो घटने के आसार दिखाई दे रहे हैं वर्तमान वाले भाव में स्टॉकिस्ट लिवाली में नहीं आएंगे, क्योंकि अभी इन भावों में रिस्क है तथा उत्पादन का पीक सीजन है। अभी एक महीने तक शादियां बंद रहेंगी, जिससे अतिरिक्त खपत देशी की एवं बटर की नहीं है।
