New Delhi, 06 May (NNS): Today, the supply of raw milk reached 8.5 million liters in the plants of North India, but the production of milk powder production seems quite low. Meanwhile, its consumption has increased by 16 percent owing to the rising temperatures and the ongoing wedding season. The manufacturer food processing companies purchased the stock at Rs 325/335 per kg after the increment of Rs 10 per kg from the plants of North India because of the higher consumption during the last fortnight. This week, it is being traded at Rs 335 per kg. On the other hand, milk powder is being traded between Rs 280/295 per kg as per the quality from the plants of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, which has contributed to overall price inflation in milk powder. Apart from this, its production is expected to decline further day by day with rising temperatures. On seeing this, it is expected that the market may increase during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-भविष्य में तेजी संभव

नई दिल्ली, 6 मई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की कुल आपूर्ति आज 85 लाख लीटर हुई, जिसमें दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन काफी कम रह गया है। इधर गर्मी बढ़ने एवं शादियों के चलते से 16 प्रतिशत अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ गई है। पिछले पखवाड़े भी खपत बढ़ने से निर्माता खाद्य पदार्थ प्रोसेसिंग कंपनियों को 10 रुपये बढ़ा कर 325/335 रुपए प्रति किलो उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों को माल बेच दिया। चालू सप्ताह में 335 रुपए तक ऊपर में व्यापार हो रहा है। इधर महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के प्लांटों से 280/295 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच प्रोटीन के हिसाब से दूध पाउडर का व्यापार हुआ, जिससे महंगाई दूध पाउडर में बढ़ गयी है। अब आगे मौसम गरम से उत्पादन इसका उत्पादन दिन प्रतिदिन घटता रहेगा, इसे देखते हुए यह और बढ़ जाएगा।

Desi Ghee: Shortage of butter in the markets

New Delhi, 06 May (NNS): The deliveries for previous export deals of butter are ongoing and the new deals showed uptrend as compared to the last week, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee may gain by Rs 10 per kg in the near future owing to the downfall in the storage of the stock. Presently, the premium-quality ghee has been quoted at Rs 565/575 per kg in consumer packs. The inferior quality approved products are also ruling at Rs 490/500 per kg. In big tins, Both the inferior quality and the superior  quality desi ghee is being traded at Rs 7000/7700 and Rs 8950/9150 per 15 kg respectively. The prices of butter have reached to Rs 465/475 per kg excluding GST, due to this, it is profitable to purchase the stock at the current level.

देसी घी-बाजार में बटर की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 6 मई (एनएनएस) बटर में पहले के निर्यात सौदे की डिलीवरी लगातार चल रही है तथा नए सौदे पिछले सप्ताह की तुलना में ज्यादा हुए हैं, जिस करण प्लांटों में स्टॉक घटने से 10 रुपए प्रति किलो जल्दी देसी घी के भाव भविष्य में बढ़ सकते हैं। फिलहाल प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 565/575 रुपए उपभोक्ता पैक में बोल रहे हैं। नीचे वाले सेंपल पास माल भी 490/500 रुपये तक बोलने लगे हैं। बड़े टीनों में नीचे वाले माल 7000/7700 रुपए एवं प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव 8950/9150 रुपए प्रति 15 किलो बिक रहे हैं। बटर के भाव यहां 465/475 रुपए प्रति किलो जीएसटी अतिरिक्त चल गए, इसलिए इन बढ़े भावों में भी माल खरीदना चाहिए।
