New Delhi, 22 May (NNS): In North India, the supply of liquid milk has declined to only 75/80 lakh litres per day on daily basis, due to this reason, plants are facing intense competition in procurement. As a result, companies have increased the prices of liquid milk by Re 1 to Rs 61/62 per litre. Meanwhile, the companies have increased the prices by Rs 10 to Rs 315/328 per kg due to the increased demand. The stock has been exporting and selling out in the markets of the Eastern parts of the country rather than arriving here, due to this, here the demand of the stock seems high as comparatively. Because of the summer season, beverage manufacturing companies across the country are witnessing strong demand. However, the consumption of mawa and paneer has temporarily declined at weddings, as weddings will remain suspended for about a month. In these circumstances, the market may increase by Rs 10 per kg and the market may increase in future. The prices of whey powder and maltodextrin are being traded at Rs 220/240 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-ठहरकर तेजी आएगी

नई दिल्ली, 22 मई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 75-80 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, जिस कारण प्लांट को खरीद में काफी प्रतिस्पर्धा करनी पड़ रही है। फलत: लिक्विड दूध एक रुपए बढ़कर 61/62 रुपए प्रति लीटर तक कंपनियों ने खरीद की। इधर दूध पाउडर में ग्राहकी निकलने से बीते सप्ताह में कंपनियों ने 10 रुपए बढ़ाकर 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो कर दिए थे। उधर दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर पहले की अपेक्षा उत्तर भारत में आकर महंगे पड़ रहे हैं, इसलिए दूध पाउडर वहां से यहां आने की बजाय निर्यात में एवं पूर्वी भारत में चला जा रहा है, जिससे यहां के मालों की कदर बढ़ गई है। गर्मी से चौतरफा पेय पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की अच्छी वाली चल रही है। हालांकि शादियों में मावा पनीर की खपत कुछ दिनों के लिए घट गई है, क्योंकि एक महीने में शादियां बंद रहेंगी, इन परिस्थितियों में अभी 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की और तेजी लग रही है तथा दूरगामी परिणाम और बढ़िया लग रहा है। वेपाउडर एवं माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन वाले माल 220/240 रुपए से कम में बेचू नहीं आ रहे हैं।

Desi ghee: prices may increase intermittently

New Delhi, 22 May (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall amid extreme heat, due to this, the prices of milk improved by Rs 1/2 to Rs 61/62 per litre. On the other hand, the arrival pressure of the stock reported to be weak from the companies due to the increased export demand from both butter and desi ghee. This is the reason why companies have increased the prices of premium quality desi ghee by Rs 75 to Rs 9500/9750 per tin last week, whereas, under-rated material is being traded in the market at about Rs 100 lower. Here, sample-pass quality desi ghee is being quoted at Rs 8300/8400 per tin and the premium quality desi ghee is being offered at up to Rs 9800 per tin. The prices of desi ghee rose by Rs 150 per tin on seeing the shortage of liquid milk. On the other hand, the consumption during wedding season is expected to increase further next month. In these circumstances, the purchasing desi ghee at current prices would be beneficial both for stocking and for trading purposes.

देसी घी- रूककर भाव बढ़ेंगे

नई दिल्ली, 22 मई (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति जबरदस्त गर्मी के चलते घटने से उत्तर भारत में एक-दो रुपए प्रति लीटर बढ़कर दूध के भाव 61/62 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गए हैं। दूसरी ओर बटर एवं देसी घी दोनों के निर्यात मांग बढ़ने से कंपनियों के पास तैयार माल का प्रेशर कम हो गया है। वही कारण है कि कंपनियों द्वारा पिछले सप्ताह 75 रु टीन बढ़ाकर देसी घी के भाव प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 9500/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन कर दिया, जबकि बाजार में 100 रुपए अंडर रेट माल बिक रहा है। यहां सैंपल पास माल 8300/8400 रुपए तथा प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी ऊपर में 9800 रुपए तक भी बोल रहे हैं तथा थोड़ा ठहरकर लिक्विड दूध की कमी को देखते हुए 150 रुपए प्रति टीन की और तेजी लग रही है। वहीं शादियों की खपत भी अगले महीने और बढ़ने वाली है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के देसी घी में स्टॉक एवं बिक्री दोनों हेतु खरीद लाभदायक रहेगी।
