New Delhi, 20 January (NNS): The production of milk powder showed uptrend in the plants, despite this, both the local and upcountry demand has been started increasing, due to this, the prices of premium quality milk powder improved by Rs 5 to Rs 295/308 per kg before 10 days. The inferior quality stock of maltodextrin and whey powder also being quoted at Rs 220/230 per kg. It is expected that the prices may increase by Rs 10 per kg from here because the consumption of liquid milk will in the next week. Now, there is no logic of downfall in the prices on seeing the current season, but the companies may change the policies. The upcountry demand of wedding has been started increasing in North India.

दूध पाउडर-अभी रूक रूक कर तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 20 जनवरी (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन बढ़ने के बावजूद लोकल व चालानी मांग निकलने से 10 दिन पहले 5 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़कर इसके भाव प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 295/308 रुपए प्रति किलो पर टिके हुए हैं। नीचे वाले माल माल्टोडेक्सट्रीन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल 220/230 रुपए तक बोले गए। अब यहां से थोड़ा ठहरकर 10 रु की और तेजी आएगी, क्योंकि अगले सप्ताह में लिक्विड दूध की खपत और बढ़ जाएगी। अब सीजन को देखकर मंदे का कोई लॉजिक दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है, लेकिन कुछ कंपनियां अपने पॉलिसी बदल सकती हैं। उत्तर भारत में शादियों की चालानी मांग दूध पाउडर में अभी से निकलने लगी है।

Desi ghee: no downfall in the roots

New Delhi, 20 January (NNS): The production of butter showed uptrend in the plants of North India, due to this, the production of desi ghee also increasing as comparatively, but the prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, due to this, the demand also increasing from the companies, due to which, the prices went down by Rs 100 per quintal. On the other hand, the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the markets, due to this reason, the sale of best quality desi ghee showed downfall and the plants have been running constantly. Therefore, the prices will likely to remain weak for some days. The prices of liquid milk remained at Rs 56/57 per litre. The manufacturing companies have increased the collection of liquid milk from the last two days, due to this, the competitive buying of liquid milk showed uptrend.

देसी घी-जड़ में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 20 जनवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में मक्खन का उत्पादन बढ़ने से देसी घी भी अपेक्षाकृत अधिक बन रहा रहा है, लेकिन अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से फिर से कंपनियों से मांग निकलने लगी है, जिसके चलते चालू पखवाड़े में कंपनियों ने 75 रुपए बढ़ाकर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देशी घी 8800/8925 रुपए प्रति टीन कर दिए हैं, जबकि बाजार में वही माल 100 रुपए नीचे बिक रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी धड़ल्ले से सस्ते बिक रहे हैं, जिस कारण बढ़िया देसी घी की बिक्री घट गई है तथा प्लांट प्रेशर से चलने लगे हैं। अत: अभी कुछ दिन भाव मंदा बरकरार रहेगा। पिछले दिनों लिक्विड के भाव घट कर 56/57 रुपए प्रति लीटर रह गए थे, पिछले दो दिनों से लिक्विड दूध का कलेक्शन निर्माता कंपनियों ने बढ़ा दिया, जिससे लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ गई है।
