New Delhi, 20 April (NNS): the supply of RAW milk reduced by 25 lakh litres to 1.5 crore litres on daily basis in North India during the previous week, due to this, the production of milk powder declined by 120 lakh metric tonnes. Notably, the premium quality milk powder remained stable at Ra 295/308 per kg because of the strong demand from the liquid manufacturing companies and dry fruit manufacturers from last two to three days. On the other hand, the traders of South Indian have been started purchasing the stock in south at the current level. In contrary to this, the cow milk powder is being available at the strong level and both Maharashtra and tamilnadu, in these circumstances, the market mein lightly tourism hi during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर- ठहरकर तेजी आएगी

नई दिल्ली, 20 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति 25 लाख लीटर घटकर औसतन डेढ़ करोड़ लीटर दैनिक रह गई, जिससे 120 मीट्रिक टन दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन घट गया। गौरतलब है कि 2-3 दिनों से मावा निर्माताओं एवं पेय पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की की पकड़ मजबूत होने से 295/308 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव ठहर गए हैं, उधर साउथ में भी वर्तमान भाव  फिर लिवाली आने लगी है। उधर महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी मजबूत भाव में मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए यहां से फिर तेजी ही लग रही है।

Desi ghee: no downfall in the roots

New Delhi, 20 April (NNS): the prices of Desi ghee have been ruling at the higher level as compared to the same period of the previous year, due to this reason, the companies are getting appropriate amount of profit. Now, the companies have been started producing the stock of butter. On the other hand, the supply of liquid milk reduced by 25 lakh litres during the previous week. Here, the weddings have already been started. Therefore, it’s prices may increase after sometime. Presently, the premium quality desi ghi which is being traded between Rs 9000/9300 per tin, now, it may increase after sometime. Here, the adulterated stock is being available at Rs 6800/7800 per tin in the godown reach.

देसी घी-जड़ में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 20 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में देसी घी के भाव ऊपर चल रहे हैं, जिस कारण कंपनियों को अभी पड़ता लग रहा है। कंपनियां बटर बनाने में लगी हैं। दूसरी और गत सप्ताह 25 लाख लीटर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई। इधर शादियां शुरू हो गई है। अत: ठहरकर देसी घी में तेजी की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। वर्तमान में बाजार, जो 9000/9300 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी बिक रहे हैं, इसमें अभी आगे चलकर तेजी आ सकती है। इधर मिलावटी माल 6800/7800 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार गोदाम पहुंच में बिक रहे हैं।
