New Delhi, 15 May (NNS): The supply of raw milk reduced by 10 lakh litres to 75/80 lakh litres in North India, due to this, the production expected to be around 640/650 metric tonnes. Notably, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained firm at Rs 315/328 per kg due to the strong news from liquid manufacturing companies along with the dry fruits manufacturers from the last 2/3 days. On the other hand, the traders started purchasing the stock at the current level in the southern parts of the country. In contrary to this, the cow milk powder of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu is being available at the higher level, in these circumstances, the market may increase during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-ठहरकर फिर तेजी आएगी

नई दिल्ली, 15 मई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति 10 लाख लीटर और घटकर 75-80 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई, जिससे 640-650 मीट्रिक टन दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन रह गया है। गौरतलब है कि 2-3 दिनों से मावा निर्माताओं एवं पेय पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की की पकड़ मजबूत होने से 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव तेजी लिए ठहर गए हैं, उधर साउथ में भी वर्तमान भाव फिर लिवाली आने लगी है। उधर महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी ऊंचे भाव में मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए यहां से फिर तेजी ही लग रही है।

Desi ghee: possibility to increase

New Delhi, 15 May (NNS): The prices of desi ghee have been ruling at the previous level as compared to the same period of the previous year, but liquid milk is being available at the higher level this year, due to this reason, the prices have been ruling at the higher level in the companies. Now, the companies are making the stock of butter constantly because of the good export demand. On the other hand, the supply of liquid milk went down by 25 lakh litres in the previous year and around10/12 lakh litres today. Here, the wedding season has been started, due to this, the market showed uptrend and the prices of desi ghee may show uptrend after some days. Presently, the prices of premium quality desi ghee have been ruling at Rs 9550/9750 per tin and the prices  may increase in future. Here, the adulterated stock also being available at Rs 8200 /8400 per quintal in godown reach.

देसी घी-और बढ़ने की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली, 15 मई (एनएनएस) गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में देसी घी के भाव लगभग बराबर ही चल रहे हैं, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध के भाव इस पर ऊंचे हो गए हैं, जिस कारण कंपनियों को अब पड़ता नहीं लग रहा है। कंपनियां बटर बनाने में लगी हैं, क्योंकि निर्यात मांग अच्छी है। दूसरी ओर गत सप्ताह 25 लाख लीटर एवं आज 10-12 लाख लीटर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई। इधर शादियां शुरू हो गई है, जिससे बाजार तेज हो गए हैं तथा कुछ दिन बाद देसी घी में फिर तेजी की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। वर्तमान में बाजार, जो 9550/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी बिक रहे हैं, इसमें अभी आगे चलकर तेजी आ सकती है। इधर मिलावटी माल 8200/8400 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार गोदाम पहुंच में बिक रहे हैं।
