New Delhi, 01 October (NNS): Although, the supply of raw milk in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh has increased to 55/56 lakh litres on daily basis, due to this, the production of milk powder reported to be around 460–465 metric tonnes and the demand from dry fruits manufacturers and beverage companies showed strong trend. As a result, companies had already increased the prices by Rs 10/15 per kg during the current week. Today, Mother Dairy also increased milk powder prices by Rs 10 per kg. Apart from this, the prices of premium quality milk powder is now quoted at Rs 340/353 per kg depending on the company. Meanwhile, the procurement has been increasing in the southern parts of the country at the current level. Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu are also quoting the prices of cow milk powder at the current higher level. Considering these factors, the market may increase during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-अभी और तेजी संभव

नई दिल्ली, 1 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) यद्यपि यूपी पंजाब हरियाणा राजस्थान एमपी में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़कर 55-56 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो गई है, जिससे 460-465 मीट्रिक टन दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन हो रहा है। तथापि इस समय मावा निर्माताओं एवं पेय पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की पकड़ बढ़ जाने से कंपनियों ने चालू सप्ताह में 10-15 रुपये बढ़ा दिए थे। आज मदर डेयरी ने भी 10 रुपए प्रति किलो दूध पाउडर के भाव बढ़ा दिए। दूध पाउडर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 340/353 रुपए अलग-अलग कंपनियों के प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के हो गए हैं। हालांकि साउथ में वर्तमान भाव फिर लिवाली आने लगी है। उधर महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी बढ़ाकर बोल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए यहां से अभी और तेजी लग रही है।

Today, Mother Dairy also raised desi ghee prices by Rs 10 per kg. Other federations are also facing a shortage of stocks. Therefore, considering upcoming consumption, there is a possibility of a further Rs 10 per kg increase in the private sector soon.Compared with the same period last year, desi ghee prices are currently higher because liquid milk prices are around Rs 6 per litre higher this year. Meanwhile, companies are focusing more on butter production as some export deals made last month are still pending.

देसी घी-कंपनियों में फैट की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 1 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति उत्तर भारत में सुधर गई है, लेकिन उसके भाव 64 रुपए प्रति लीटर प्लस होने से प्लांट को लागत महंगी हो गई है, इस वजह से चालू सप्ताह के शुरुआत में 150 रुपए और बढ़कर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के  देसी घी 9900/10050 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं। आज मदर डेयरी ने भी 10 रुपए प्रति किलो देसी घी के भाव बढ़ा दिए। अन्य फेडरेशनों के पास भी माल नहीं है। इस वजह से आगे खपत को देखते हुए जल्दी 10 रुपए प्रति किलो प्राइवेट सेक्टर में और बढ़ाने की संभावना बन गई है। गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में देसी घी के भाव इस बार ऊंचे चल रहे हैं, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध के भाव इस बार 6 रुपए ऊंचे हो गए हैं। इधर कंपनियां बटर अधिक बनाने में लगी हैं, क्योंकि पिछले माह के निर्यात हुए सौदे कुछ पेंडिंग में है।
