New Delhi, 16 July (NNS): The supply of raw milk showed uptrend as compared to before in North India, but the powder plants will likely to run after a long time. The stock of liquid milk increased in the plants, due to this, the supply of poly pack stock seems easy, on seeing these circumstances, the prices of milk powder expected to be stable at the same level for coming some days. Notably, the stock of milk powder has been started exporting constantly, but it fulfils the demand of the Southern parts of the country. Here, the consumption of rakshabandhan and shri Krishna janmashatami will likely to remain stable, in this situation, the prices of milk powder remained stable at the same level during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-अभी ठहरकर मंदा

नई दिल्ली, 16 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति पहले की अपेक्षा बढ़ गई है, लेकिन अभी पाउडर प्लांट चलने में लंबा समय बाकी है। जो लिक्विड दूध प्लांटों में बढ़ा है, उससे पोली पैक में सुगमता हो गई है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर के भाव में अभी ठहराव लग रहा है, गौरतलब है कि निर्यात में भी दूध पाउडर जा रहा है, लेकिन उसकी पूर्ति दक्षिण भारत के प्लांट कर रहे हैं। इधर रक्षाबंधन एवं श्री कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी की खपत रहेगी, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर में ठहराव रहेगा।

Desi ghee: no possibility to decrease

New Delhi, 16 July (NNS): Presently, there is a shortage of fats in the plants of UP, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and MP, but the demand seems unfavourable. On the other hand, the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling in the markets, due to this, the market of desi ghee remained stable at the same level. The adulterated stock of butter has been started selling out in the markets which is being deliver between Rs 400/425 per kg, whereas, the manufacturer companies are quoting the actual stock of butter at Rs 470/475 per kg, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee remained stable at the same level and it is expected that the market may decrease from the second half of August.

देसी घी- मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 16 जुलाई (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश के प्लांटों में फैट्स की कमी इस समय चल रही है, लेकिन ग्राहकी भी अनुकूल नहीं है। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी घी मंदे भाव के बिक रहे हैं, इसलिए बाजार देसी घी का टिका हुआ है। नकली बटर भी बाजार में बिकने लगा है, जो 400/425 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच डिलीवरी दे दे रहे हैं, जबकि निर्माता कंपनियां असली बटर के भाव 470/475 रुपए बोल रही हैं। इस वजह से देसी घी के भाव अभी चालू माह के अंतराल टिके रहने की संभावना है तथा अगस्त के दरार उत्तरार्द्ध से बाजार घटने लगेगा।
